Beautiful vacation at Gonday resort from 2/12/23 to 5/12/23.Rooms were clean with baranda.
Bathroom was very convenient and good.Hot water was available always.
Restaurant is good but needs improvement.
Best part is Himalayan view.
One of the best view I have seen is from ..I was in south Kabru.But all the rooms are with good view.
Highly recommended for leisure and vacation.

First of all the atmosphere of the hotel is just wonderful. I stayed here 4 nights and enjoy too much. And the view of the Kanchenjunga moutain range is just phenomenal from the room. The all staffs are very helpful and adorable. Nice to see you all. I hope will visit again. Specially mention the beautiful lady Reshma Gurung is very helpful and others girls as well. Thank you so much to all for the memorable trip. Thank you again.

We just returned from a trip to Kaluk Rinchenpong Pelling Barsey....with the main focus of stay being in Kaluk Ghonday Village resort. It's a beautiful compact aesthetically decorated property with truly  good hospitality by all staff. The rooms (Kanchenjungha V and III) were very pleasant with spectacular views. Food was good although some dishes could have been less spicy and slightly more in portion amount. Only disadvantage was the absence of railing beside the staircase as we were with small kids. Loved the garden n flowers. Kudos to the team.

The resort is beautifully  decorated with a great view of the mountains.  You can sit in your room's balcony  and even from your bed you can see the whole range. The rooms are spacious  and tastefully  decorated. The ambiance is elegant and the staff are very cooperative.. The restaurant menu has quite a lot of variety..and beware of ordering for the quantity was huge. Five of us shared 3 plates of rice. 

Very well maintained, clean resort with stunning view of the Kanchendzonga mountain range from the windows. Food is excellent. Only drawback is absence of railing in the staircase which may pose danger and difficulty for children & elderly.

It was a perfect bliss for 3 days waking up looking at Kanchanjanga peaks. Each and every staffs were warm, friendly and courteous. The food was nice and the quantity was always more than enough. The view from each and every room was perfect!

Can't wait to return to the property soon

We stayed at this place for couple of nights and really liked the place.Stayed in their Kanchanjangha room which has a wonderful view of Kanchanjangha if the weather is clear and a beautiful valley. food is very simple but excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean.  would love to visit again and recommend to friends. 
They have also given welcome drink which is excellent in taste. The people of the resort are really helpful, friendly and warm. Our room heater was not working properly, and when we highlighted that, they replaced it within minitues. 

Only suggestion, we did not like the Chinese food prepared by them that much.

We were 4families and we enjoyed everything out there.The food was very tasty.The cleanliness the view of kanchanjunga the service and also the staff everything was awesome.I recommend this hotel very much..

Excellent hospitality and ambience. We spent 3 lazy days in Ghonday Village Resort, loitering around aimlessly, having cups of Darjeeling tea ... I visited this resort 15 years ago also, stayed this time in the same Orange room

Location:
At the heart of Kaluk town. Excellent Kanchendzonga view.

Property:
Well maintained. Well decorated. Warm and Inviting. Nice open area for gathering. Bon fire and barbeque services available. Bar available - you can even enjoy your own drinks (purchased by yourself)

Rooms:
Kanchendzonga rooms are the best (K3 and K5 are even better). Well decorated. Excellent views of Kanchendzonga. Clean linen.

Food:
Abundant choice of food. Food is very tasty. Well prepared and presented. Chef is accommodating.

Service:
This is the highlight of the resort. They serve you like royalty. They are at your call almost at anytime of the day. Puran and Priya just stole our hearts. They went out of the way to keep extra ordered lunch food in the fridge and served us hot in the evening. One of the staff returned a lost gold ear ring. You will be pampered in this hotel. Bon fire and barbeque was excellent. They even gave a music system with bluetooth to make the evening even more memorable.

Overall a MUST-STAY property. Highly recommended.
