I chose the Green hill resort of kaluk(along with peling and ravangla) to surprise my husband on our honeymoon trip and it was one of the best decisions of that trip as the scenic beauty we enjoyed from the room of that resort was beyond description..
The quality of food, politeness and helpfulness of the staff were so charming that we would love to visit the place again if possible..

Kaluk like you've never experienced before. A well spread picturesque resort with very comfortable rooms with all the amenities that you would need. Majestic views of the K range snow peaks from every nook and corner. Very nice folks running the place. We experienced extraordinary hospitality. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Enjoyed nature, met lovely people and ate to our heart's content. 

First of all thank you all the staffs of that Resort to make my trip wonderful. They are alwasy ready to serve you. Environment,Hospitality,Foods and Rooms all are good. You can see the entire Kanchendzonga range from the each and every room. From here you can also visit Pelling  & Ravangla also.

Away from the crowds of Gangtok, and litle outside from the over-touristy Pelling is this little gem, Kaluk. There are actually a very few hotels/resorts there.

We checked all since it was offseason and found that Green Hill had the most spacious cottages. After staying there, I did not regret my choice. Food was excellent and staff behavior was very good. We had no issues with power or water. The price was decent enough and lower than adjacent places.

We will be back.

Ever thought of penning down a few lines on your own or escaping the mundane world and re discovering yourself.Well then this is the place to be.Sip on a hot cup of coffee and watch the mountains change its colour from sunrise to sunset from the balcony itself.Beautifully furnished  spacious wooden rooms with excellent service and lip smacking food.What more could one ask for!Loved the stay and would highly recommend to all.Well and its known as 'Green Hill Resort Kaluk'.

The place was awesome, cool, calm, serene and beautiful, but the main thing which left a forever mark mark in our mind that is their hospitality and behaviour. It seemed like we came to visit any relative's place. Wish to visit again again.

An unforgettable experience in the Village Resort of kaluk, West Sikkim. Rinchenpong Village resort is now Green Hill Village Resort. It is situated just below the Kaulk bazar. It is a lovable place. Hospitality and cordiality of all the staff was incomparable. From the Manager Mr Bikram, Assiatant manager Ms Puspa to the Cook - all have been so courteous and careful to the guests. I with my wife and daughter stayed there with one of my friends and his wife for two nights in October, 2018. Rooms were well furnished and big in size facing  Mt Kanchanjungha with 180 degree views. We were lucky enough to enjoy the view of Mt Kanchanjungha for whole day. The sky was clear and we enjoyed the wide view from the Verandah of our Rooms. Mr Bikram arranged a roof top place for having our breakfast in the sweet warmth of the sun. We learnt a few Nepali language from Ms Puspa. The cook who was making our food, was very nice person. He invited us to see the kitchen which was extremely  neat and clean. The food was very tasty. All the staff made  family like atmosphere there for us. We never forget there hospitality. We never forget the beautiful resort. We never forget all the beautiful staff.  We will visit again.

I went for a holiday trip with my family which includes my mother, sister, wife, and mother in law. As the resort is placed in the valley of Rinchenpong with required amenities and scenic beauty, we enjoyed a lot.
Especially my mom and mother in law found the hotel very comfortable and they were happy to get a mountain view room.
Food quality, room service and the behaviour of the employees are very friendly and cooperative.
