We stayed at Ocean Hights only for 1 night but the stay was immemorable. It's a small homestay situated on the hillock in Dona Paula. Rooms have a very big balcony with amazing sea view. Entire dona paula jetty is visible from the window. Room is very well docorated. Has big windows which give a beautiful view of sea even while lying down in the bed. Rooms are clean and are equipped with facilities like Wi-Fi, Tv, Ac. They have maintained many plants around the place which add up to the asthetics. Caretaker Karthik is friendly and helpful. Though there's no restaurant nearby one can order food online. There is no lift. It's on five minutes walking distance from dona paula circle and 15 minutes from jetty.

Serenity...

My room was huge, bathroom really nice, with the window to the room and balcony. Very beautiful room and clean. Since the rooms are quite big, it's almost not possible to avoid Moskitos. Better to get some cream or spray against Moskitos while sleeping. Otherwise it's a perfect stay. When I woke up, I didn't think of anything else but enjoying the view by sitting on the balcony. I'd definitely come here again.

Perfect to wake up with the beautiful view and having a big room

Stayed in this property with my husband for 6 nights, and it was wonderful. Set up in an exclusive neighborhood, we liked the calmness of it all. If you’re looking for some quiet and alone time with your partner, I think this is the place for you. We get an amazing view of the sea too.
The owner, Mr. Dayn was quite helpful. We heard him play the piano too and it was just lovely. The caretaker, Mr. Karthik was a reliable chap.
While it’s true that the property is a bit tricky to find, it’s all worth it. 
This for the ones that have a knack for privacy.
I am definitely coming back here again, if I am ever presetend with the privilege of visiting Goa in the near future.

Peaceful

Pros:
Built on a hill, you get fantastic view of the sea from the balcony. The sit-out being so big that you can host a small party there :)
Great soft spoken hosts. Loved the hospitality.
Peaceful surroundings. So all you hear is the sound of waves.

Cons:
None as such. Slightly away from the happening nightlife of Goa. Not a problem if you want a peaceful stay.

But DO NOT expect anything else.  Food Maintenance. Service. Security - Hard to Find the Property.. 

NO LIFT . This is a private house where the terrace room is rented..

JUST VEIW  --- NO FOOD, SERVICE, LIFT, SECURITY

I booked this place through booking.com and cancelled my booking in Hotel Fidalgo whic was blunder  because this place is not known to taxi driver and we have to wait at Police post at Dona Paula for their man to come and guide us.Moreover coming & going from this place to have your food is very difficult at it is situated on a steep height and unless you have a  sound health you cant do this excrcise. My advise not to stay there..

Dont even think of staying there.it is hopeless.No food arrangements.you have to scale too much height.

location and situation is very typical,very difficult to reach no sign boards of this property on roads,property is old and three story only stairs available ,no market or restaurant,to eat close to property , property don't have its own restaurant ,no taxi stand near to property so one can't go any where easily ,photos shown on wave sight confuses the travelers, sea is visible from room but is too far and no direct way to reach the beach,overall I will not advise to book this property ,I my self didn't stay in this property ,changed my hotel in same noon I reached Goa to Calanguate beach .
