We were a group of about 15 including children. The size of the property was just right for us. It was one of the most relaxing holidays. We had hired their kitchen staff in addition to the tarriff which provided us good clean food as per our liking. Lovely surroundings Lovely views and a great barbeque service that the staff provided. The only thing that we felt a bit short on was the heat. Those days were quite hot and i think we coild do with some air cooling or conditioning. Since we had our own means of transport, we went around to bhawali and nainital and other areas. we had a great time. We may revisit.

We stayed there 4 nights and overall experience remained too good. Staff members are courteous. Nicely prepared meals all the time i.e. didn't remember own kitchen. One of the Best places to stay near Nainital.

I stayed in this beautiful property for weekend trip with a family of 12 which included kids of age 3 to 19. Had a memorable stay and enjoyed every moment spent here. 

Property - This leisure property is tucked away in a picturesque location approximately 30 to 40 mins drive from both nainital and Haldwani. The property had a old world charm with decent modern day facilities. Well conceptualised,tastefully decorated and emaculately maintained property. Given the logistical and geographical challenges, it's quite commendable and the owners need to congratulated for the same 
 The Rooms were spacious and clean, with all basic amenities like comfy bed,clean linen duvets, running  hot and cold water. 
İdeal place for rejuvenating oneself, away from the hustle and bustle of city life and spending quality family time in the lap of nature with privacy. 

The owners don't live here but, they have employed a good team to take care of the property and they co ordinate well with the guests after booking. 
It would be unjust on our part not to have a special mention of Anil Patrick who is a fantastic cook and kamal who takes care of the housekeeping.  Both were very courteous and did everything in their capacity to make our stay comfortable. 

Highlight of the stay was great ambiance, home cooked food and privacy. 

Overall a very pleasent experience, very happy to recommend to family friends and members of the forum for family getaways, office excursions or friends get together.

The booking for the resort was seamless and the owners are nice and genuine. The staff was waiting for us when we arrived and managed our stay well and took good care of us.

About the Place

The place has 2 sections broadly.
--One set of 2 rooms + dining + drawling
--Another Set of 4 rooms (3 with attached toilets and 1 without). 1 room out of these 4 is not connected and a stair case below the rest.

Both the sections are connected and next to each other so its a comfortable stay for up to 12-14 people.

There are 2 sit outs, one in the front where they also do an evening bar-b-queue on demand and one in the back is good enough to play some games (we played kabaddi, cricket(confined else ball will go out of bounds) and other group games). It has enough car parkings.

It has a rustic feel and if you are looking for a lot of luxury, it may not be the place but otherwise its pretty neat and does not disappoint you at all. All requirements are taken care of well and its pretty spacious and comfortable.

The staff is good and they were a team of 4 lead by a manager when we visited. They comply to all your requests provided you given them some time and tell them in a little advance as to what all you need. They can cook and arrange as per your requirements.

I would recommend you fix up the pricing strategy for your meals/food before hand to ensure you don't feel over charged in the end :)

Overall, a good place for a group vacation. recommend to go in groups of 10+.

Fun & Relaxed Family Vacation

Perfect example of "looks can be deceptive".
Pictures of property is certainly photoshopped and have no credibility because once you enter the cottage you get to see the real rooms which are not properly maintained and one can see many patch work through out the room. Unfortunately the room which I stayed in doesn't have charging point near the bed and it is next to the road side which ensures sound of trucks and buses paas-by disturb you through out the night. 
being in mattress industry I have no doubts tat they uses the worst quality of mattresses that too in 3 inch thickness. 

Bathroom are filthy and on the name of toiletries they just provide you basic soap and unhygienic towels (plz carry your own towels) and just incase you forget to switch on the water geyser then you may have to bath with cold water because they don't proper electricity backup as state electricity condition is very bad. They just have power backup enough for kitchen appliances. If you plan to take a bath in bathtub then I should recommend you not to take bath instead, I have never ever seen such filthy bathtubs with orange spots all over. 

Very very expensive food,  so plz insure that you alternate arrangements for your meals because just simple roti and one dish of patato we end up paying Rs300.. plz talk to your coordinator or owner of the property before ordering food there as we were totally misguided by the owner..(please take in writing whatever owner is providing) 

We were 16 ppl for 2 nights trip and the staff to look after our comfort or demand were only 3 guys and they were not even permanent staff because whenever I asked about iron or hot water or any other facility the guy use to go and ask the senior guy about it. 
To sum it up PLZ AVOID THIS FACILITY BECAUSE IN THE END YOU WILL END UP PAYING FOR NEXT TO NO FACILITY.

Worst accommodation ever

Worst place to stay. Furniture is too old. Staff is very rude, food is worst in taste and too costly. Toilets are fealthy. The rooms are mentioned to be air conditioned but there is no ac in the entire property.
On the top of it the owner Mrs rana is unprofessional.  She first quote rs 300 per person for dinner and lunch but at the time of check out she charge extra for everything. As per her in Rs 300 she only provide plain roti and dum also only. You have to pay extra for rice, salad, dal, pickle etc....
At the time of booking she commit everything but once you reach all the commitments are blown away. And when you complain she will threat  you by sending some local goons.
