Hotel Anjali Park

My sister and I stayed at Hotel Anjali Park for two nights on 28April2019 till 30April2019. The front desk check in and check out process was fast and professional. Really loved their newly renovated room and the bathroom. It was very spacious and modern. The bathroom was very clean, however the hot water was more towards luke warm rather than hot. Best of all was that the bathroom had all the necessary amenities provided just like a 5 star hotel. As for the room, some of the areas under the table and at the sides were dusty. Perhaps the management could look into this to enhance the cleanliness level around their beautiful rooms. We dined both nights at their in house Geethanjali restaurant and enjoyed the food. Only one issue we faced was the smoke smell that invaded our floor from the above situated bar. The smoke smell or noise cannot be experienced from within the room, which thankfully is a blessing. However, once you step in the corridor, you cannot escape both the pollution. Perhaps the management could look into having the floor exist towards the stairway leading to the bar covered by a door or glass. In short, as foreign tourists, we really enjoyed our stay in Kottayam with Anjali Park. It was a five star stay for the price that we paid !
