We booked a two bedroom apartment and what we got was two rooms with the hotel kitchen opposite. No tea making facilities as stated. Kitchen smelly and unclean. Bad internet. tv channels one English speaking movie and BBC world news if you are lucky. The manager Bikash was the only one who helped.  We were constantly lied to about fixing things. Sheets  and towels were not changed  the whole time we were there and we changed hotels as we could not stand it any longer. My friend had a leaky shower and the air conditioner kept dropping spots of water on her bed. Location was the only redeeeming factor.

Dont stay here

if you have a low budget then OYO room is right place to stay. it is near medanta hospital. hotel service was very good and staff was very cooperative. bed was very comfortable. I would like to say that it is "VALUE FOR MONEY". 

awesome place to stay

We chose this place based on location but was disappointed with the outcome. 
First good part, location is good, easily accessible. Hotel is neat and clean. Rooms are clean. 
But staff isn't helping or very sure about anything. 
Food wasn't available. There was no warmth, It's a very cold place. Also, looks like it's not a place for family stay. Can't put my finger on it but something was off about it. 

Family shopping trip 

Rooms are very good I must prefer OYO . Service are well maintained.it is cheaper other than any other hotel . Serice are very good. As compare to other . They treat good and nice property.
