Good stay nice place to stay in Hotel highlands pahalgam service was good.location near main market near taxi stand. Hotel management was cooperative.
Food quality was fine. Every thing is near hotel. Good luck

I stayed for 2 nights at hotel highlands with my family and friends. View from the room window was excellent. The hotel is having large sitting area on every floor and also a garden to have pleasant group gathering. Food at hotel is good. It is situated in the main market so you can buy utilities and have some good restaurants nearby. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel offers value for money.Located centrally in Pahlagam town hotel offers excellent view of mountains.The hotel is well maintained & clean rooms are best thing about hotel.
The hotel has a very decent garden which offers an excellent view & place to sip morning tea & breakfast.
This hotel offer basic facilities for budget traveller.Hotel is not for people who r looking for luxury stay.Its an ideal place for traveler with budget stay.
The hotel is located close to green forest of Pahalgam & its best for people who wanna explore Pahalgam on foot or wanna go on trek into the forest.
The food is good & the maine market is also close to the hotel where u can find many restaurants too.

Value Hotel

The worst hotel we stayed in the most beautiful place in Kashmir was Hotel Highlands  in Pahalgam. The rooms were okay but the service & the food were horrible & disgusting. Most outrageous was the call for dinner at 8.30 pm. It remined some of us of their hostel days in school. Worst of the hotels we stayed at in Kashmir. Food & Room service was very very Bad.....

Very Bad Hotel but Excellent View from windows

I have not visited this Hotel. I paid online for booking in advance. But they cheated and has not issued any booking receipt. I paid of amount 8000/- for booking 3 rooms but they betray with me and now they have not received my call also. As per information the name of the owner is Rajiv Barmon, his phone no given in the picture. Don't book this Hotel

Very Bad

Hotel is placed at a very good location. Rooms are also good and clean. But the food provided is not good.Quantity is very less and the quality is not good.
The complementary food is very bad. In Non veg, they provide very less amount. In my case, only 1 piece of chicken was provided with dal, vegetable and roti. When asked for more chicken, they provided 1 piece which was not fresh and tastes very bad. We complined to the manager, he told they provide mainly veg food. They can do nothing else. 
But when we ordered chicken items separately, good quality chicken was provided but in very high cost (850 for 9 pieces).
Not recommended if food and facilities are the main requirements.
