It was a good experience and service and the staff is very cordial. I loved my stay and would recommend visiting my friends and relatives when they are in Dhanbad. Also, the hotel has a mall connected from the 5th floor for shopping, leisure, and entertainment.

It has always been great experience for me to stay at Hotel Sonotel. Their services are amazing and staffs are very cooperative.
I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Sonotel! The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I especially appreciated the extra touches, such as fresh flowers and a welcome note. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 5 stars!"

Wonderful soothing atmosphere, very clean & hygienic, location excellent, though the road is busy yet the same will not create any hindrance in entering the hotel. Plenty of car parking  facilities. Personnel are well educated & well behaved. Beautiful restaurant, moderate price according to the status of the hotel. Excellent complimentary breakfast with full of diversity. Experience in Sonotel Hotel Dhanbad was excellent. All types of hospitality i.e. room service, house keeping were excellent. All staffs specially Sudhir kumar Modi, Kanhay Bauri, Ajit Bhandari, Sukesh Madal etc. were well behavior, trained and good personality.

Awesome experience

Dhanbad: Coal Capital of India but a small town with good amenities. Finding a good hotel in Dhanbad is a big challenge. There are very few but Hotel Sonotel is the finest. Very nice and cozy rooms. Excellent food and excellent service. I am staying in this hotel for a very long time now. I usually come on business to this place. You get free pick-up and drop facility to railway station which is a big add-on. 
This hotel’s room service is excellent.
Sudhir Kumar Modi (Order Manager) is very good and he makes sure that you get food on time and helps you in choosing the right food. Bappi is one of the best in room service, and Rahul, Dilip, Rakesh, Sukesh, Mithun and Kanhai are also very good in room service. House-keeping team and front desk team are also professional, good and quick at their work. Overall Hotel Sonotel is one of the most hospitable, neat and clean, with excellent service and food hotel in Dhanbad.
