We stayed here for a few days and absolutely loved the apartments. Clean, airy, modern recently renovated! The family who owned were lovely people! Our daughter loved the bunk bed and the pool! There is also a space for barbecues if you fancy getting your own together. Would definitely recommend it and will definitely return!

Holiday stay

I were there for 10 days vacation, place is 100 meters from beach, has a pool and few markets nearby. Hygiene in the rooms is satisfying , bed sheets changing in every two days. Staff is very pleasant, some of them doesn't speak  English and its tricky to communicate, others do very well. Poll is pretty clean, but people who occupied it during days and sometimes late in the night were very loud , laughing and yelling , also their kids running around pool and randomly jumping in making noise that its impossible to hear Your own toughs as well impossible to sleep.

Vacation

Location is excellent with everything you need within 50m. This includes:
- an excellent bakery (would highly recommend the pies and desserts)
- supermarket opposite the bakery (there is another closer to the hotel but it us not as well stocked and more expensive)
- most of the busy beach taverns (We tried most and all had good food).
- lovely long stretch of beach with plenty of space so you were not overcrowded. 
Rooms were generally clean with sheets and towels being changed every second day. The airconditioning was also good, a little noisy but not to the point you couldn't sleep. There was a basic kitchenette  but not that well equipped, see below. There is also a basic ĺaundry service (washing of clothes and returning them to you wet).
Now for the not so good stuff. Staff were not friendly and only the last few days of our stay actually started to greet us. When staff were asked for information responses were generally short and you were made to feel unwelcome in approaching them. Signage very poor (no clear reception signage or hours reception was open, etc.) and general information very poor (nothing on the local area, etc.). The kitchenette had a mix of cups and utensils with odd numbers (e.g. one room had only one fork). Hot plate had only one plate that worked. No hangers for clothes (even after asking for some). No shower curtain, shower handle holder or shelf for shampoo, etc. This meant everytime you took a shower everything in the small bathroom got soaked. Generally very little storage (one small wardrobe) for clothes in a family room. No pegs to hold drying clothes so on a windy day they land up on the floor. Parking was limited but you could park in the nearby streets. WiFi was very slow and landed up losing connection. Using the local 4G network is much faster and reliable.

All of the above minor points resulted in unnecessary frustration on a holiday and I would not recommend a stay in this hotel. 

Addressing the above issues would definitely result in a 5/5 score from me.

Good location but not good enough to recommend staying

1.	The rooms are not cleaned every day and not cleaned good.
2.	Bed sheets were not changed during our total 6 nights stay. 
3.	Hotel is noise due to pool area which is located in the middle of the hotel.
4.	Breakfast is served not earlier than 9:00 am and if you want to go earlier to the beach must buy your own breakfast and coffee. Must be improved the quality of the food as well. The milk was gone bad.
5.	Poor Wi Fi signal beside the reception area.
