Comfortable bed, very clean room with plenty of space. Room was cleaned everyday and air conditioning was included in the price and working well. 
To get to the propitious have to walk up on a hill that we found a little bit discomforting after a long walk or long day at the beach in the heat, but it's not that of a big deal if you are young or in shape, but if that's an inconvenience for you, I wouldn't necessarily recommend the place . I would like to add the fact that many accommodations around skiathos require a walk up on the hill.

Hotel Villa Yannis is a perfect accomodation for couples just outside the noise of Skiathos Town. The property is very clean and the garden of Ourania, the owner, is amazing. The rooms are spacious and you have free parking.

Excelent stay in Skiathos

We spent 6 days in Villa Yannis (August). The rooms are located in a beautiful villa surrounded by a garden and with an amazing terrace facing the sea. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable, with a wonderful sea view. Linen and towels changed every three days. The apartments are located up to a hill, in a very quiet zone, 5 minutes walking from Megali Ammos beach and 15 minutes walking to Skiathos centre. Free wifi and just 2 minutes walking from the apartments a supermarket and a bus stop (buses every 15 minutes to reach most beaches). Ouranya, the owner, is a very nice person!!

Beautiful Skiathos!

We did hire a car as the trek up and down the hill was quite daunting  The apartment was spotlessly clean  small kitchenette no cooking facility a couple of wine glasses would have been nice but there was a corkscrew  ! The gardens are beautiful and we had a spectacular view from our room . Good wifi in the room
