The most service minded host, amazing views and the studio was better than expected. Close to both beach and city. Clean and well kept. We got lots of help and useful advice regarding car rent, shops, restaurants etc. Really comfortable beds and great cleaning daily. 
We highly recommend Villa Anna as long as you can handle some stairs and we would definitely stay there again if come back to Skiathos😃

Great views, service, location and standard.

The apartments are kept really clean and if you need anymore towels or linen you only need to ask.  Nothing is too much trouble at Villa Anna, and it has a lovely family feel.  Ioanna who runs the apartments, is full of knowledge and always happy to help out with anything you may need.  Perfect location on the outskirts of town near bus stop 4.

Our most favourite place in the world.  Just fabulous.  View to die for.  Apartment very comfortable with lovely beds.  5 mins downhill walk to beach and 5 mins to town.  What more can I say.  Dont want to say too much as everyone will want to go.!!!   Xx 

Fabulous as always

Back again to Villa Anna and Skiathos. Another great week on Skiathos with great hospitality from Ioanna at Villa Anna. Villa Anna his perfectly placed to get into town with lovely views over Megali Ammos beach. This year we had a day with lunch at Diamanti Beach which I would definitely recommend. We will be back, hopefully soon. XXX

A week back to one of our favourite places.

We have just returned from our second stay at Villa Anna and we will definitely be back!  The apartments are truly amazing with fantastic sea views and spotlessly clean.  The location is perfect, almost next door to bus stop 4 and a lovely 10 minute walk into Skiathos Town. Quite a few steps up to Villa Anna so probably not suitable for people with mobility issues.  Our host Ioanna is a gem of a lady.  Nothing is too much trouble and her attention to detail is fantastic.  Small touches that Ioanna  provides such as home made chocolate cake and fruit on arrival really sets her apart from the rest. Our experience in Skiathos wouldn't be the same for us if we weren't staying at Villa Anna. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing stay once again at Villa Anna

We stayed at Villa Anna for a week in one of the upper apartments, rooms were clean, beds were super comfortable, the most amazing views in the day which turn into sparkling lights at night, so beautiful. Ioanna is very friendly and went out of her way to assist with information and made restaurant reservations for us on a few occasions.  Villa Anna is perfectly located to Megali Ammos Beach as well as a very short walk to the Port, all in all a very good place to stay when visiting Skiathos

Awesome Views

Villa Anna is the perfect location to fully enjoy Skiathos and its beauty. It is close to the town center and on the main road, so it is so easy to explore the island.
Ioanna’s kindness is priceless! I highly recommend to follow her suggestions :) She knows all the best spots on the island!

Lovely place

Everything was clean, daily cleaning, great tips from Ioanna about places to eat or things to do. Very fast and good communication, received a lot of tips in advance. Since my arrival was in the morning and the booked studio only became available in the afternoon, I got a free upgrade to another apartment because it was already available in the morning. Ioanna spontaneously surprised me with small delicacies from her own kitchen. The view of the sea from the balcony is amazing. The location is also great, 2 minutes to car rental and bus (number 4), 3 minutes to supermarket and small taverns, 5 minutes to downtown. It is also only 3..4 minutes to the beach, perfect.
Conclusion: I would love to come back.

Greatly recommended! Ioanna is a lovely person and she really did everything to give us the best experience possible. She recommended the best restaurants, hikes, beaches and activities on the island, and helped us by making reservations at the winery. The location is perfect because it's walking distance from the town center with all the restaurants, and the beach is just a 2 min walk down the road. We woke up every morning with a great view of the bay which can be enjoyed from the balcony. There is no private parking space, but a public parking spot just 1 min walking up the road was always available to park our rented car. We loved Skiathos and when we return in the future then we're sure to book Villa Anna again.

Fantastic stay, host and location!

Stayed at Villa Anna for 17 nights. Brilliant location, 5mins walk to all the restaurants/bars, harbour of Skiathos Town. 2mins to bus stop 4 to get to all beaches. Across the road from Meglai Ammos beach and within walking distance of Vasillias and Achliadies beach. All rooms have gorgegeous sea views and nice garden to sit and chill.  Ioanna is a fantastic host going above and beyond to make your stay memorable even delivering home made chocolate cake and the best ice cream we have ever tasted. Room was very clean, comfy beds water provided on arrival. Even had beach umbrella and an umbrella for if it rained - lots of attention to detail. Looking forward to returning and would recommend it.
