Alkioni By The Sea

Great location for families with kids, on a quiet area, next to the beach. Apartments and studios with kitchen, good cleaning condition and a small courtyard for kids to play on the grass. 
Owner is always present and promptly  answer to any request from guests.
For us is the ideal place to stay in Greece.

Excellent location, next to the sea !

The apartments are decent and clean, although a bit on the small side. Our "double" bed was only 130cm wide. The location is great, right next to the beach. Internet access in the rooms was almost unusable, extremely slow or not working at all.

The beach itself is nice, with pure sand in the water, without any rocks. It is very shallow for the first ~50m, so it is great to let the kids play there. However, the sand on the beach is not being properly cleaned daily, so you will find cigarette butts and other small trash there.

The biggest problem with Alkioni is sleep quality - it is very noisy in the evenings because of their restaurant which is very close to the apartments, and this has significantly impacted our holiday enjoyment. Almost every evening, some restaurant patrons would let their kids loose in the apartment complex garden to run and scream, and it goes on like that until 01:00 in the morning. And then the waiters start banging with the plates and chairs when cleaning the restaurant. Alkioni should solve this problem by putting in a wall between the restaurant and apartment complex as a noise barrier, as well as by putting lockable gates around the complex (or at least between the restaurant and the garden) in order to allow only apartment guests to access the inner garden.

Very noisy in the evenings

I had 9 nights of accommodation with many minuses. Very tight parking spaces. If you come with an SUV, it's hard to find a place to park it (the hotel has a few places of their own - very tight places and they don't cover the total number of rooms, so you risk leaving the car a few streets away, if you can find it)
Room cleaning is done every 3 days. If you somehow forget something on the bed, how you leave it is how you find it. Most of the showers run, in our bathroom when we were taking a shower, the water came out next to the glass and the door frame, making a puddle in the whole bathroom. There was a mop behind the door, really :)) . The room in the photos looks huge, but in fact it is really small. I'm not talking about the bathroom anymore. to
Restaurant, the extra oil for the Greek salad, which did not have much oil, costs €2. The advantage
the bigger the location. Very close to the beach. The disadvantage is that if you go to get sunbeds in the morning, if you go to the table at noon, you risk being left with your towels on the side of the road. The people from the restaurant come and move people's towels. Another minus would be that a few meters from the hotel there is an area where all the feces from the hotels are dumped into the sea🫣

No recommanded. No breakfast .  No clean. No like photo!

Best part is the location and private beach.  Everything else disaster. Room sold as family is small and not clean,  entire room smells constantly like sewage.  Rooms not clean and the cleaning lady cones once in 4 days !!!!.
Parking only for very small cars, my car was damaged on the parking and nobody assisted or helped .  Don't get sea view apartment,  since you are looking at a Bush.
