We stayed at The Greek Islands for a week & it’s just perfect for a little get away. Typically Greek with blue & white rooms & decor. Our room had a double & a single bed with a lovely shower room, just the right size for two. 
The room has air conditioning which is obviously great in 32 degree heat! There is a small fridge, perfect for popping in a bottle of prosecco to drink on the balcony & watch the world go by. There is also a place to hang your washing should you do any, with pegs provided. 
The location is perfect, only 5 minutes from the beach at Perissa which is full of bars & restaurants plus sun beds which are free if you buy food & drink from the restaurants. 
We could not have been made more welcome by Yanis & Kiki the owners.

απλά υπέροχο (Just Lovely) 

We stayed in Greek Island in the beginning of may 2017 for 5 days.
The owners were very friendly. 
We booked per mistake the basement room, but they upgraded our room to first floor with twin bed and balcony for free. 
WiFi worked very well, we got lot of tips where to go. 
Room was cleaned every day even when this was not necessary for us. 
Location is perfect very close to the beach, to restaurants, shops. 
The last day airlines has changed our flight to later in the afternoon and we asked for late check out. This was also possible without any extra costs, so we could enjoy the beach also on last day take shower and go clean to the airport. 
The owner mange also an taxi for us to the airport. 
Our stay in Greek Island Guesthouse was excellent and without any min points.
I can just recommend this location.

Property needs a better functioning bathroom

I recently stayed here for one week with a friend. The hotel was located quite far away from the mainland but beside perissa beach. Upon arrival we were shown our room and the rules and information were briefly explained in broken English, we asked for 2 single beds previously and were given one double bed with no notice prior. We were told they had only a double bed which I thought was very unprofessional as I could have been travelling with anyone. We settled in and headed for the beach but when we were leaving realised we couldn't lock the door, after many attempts we went up stairs to the 'reception' which doesn't actually exist it is just the owners house. The woman who answer the door was deffinatley not happy to see us came down stairs locked the door after telling us we should have known she already told us in a very hostile tone. This first encounter certainly did not make us feel comfortable in our accommodation. As the week went on we were constantly told to keep out balcony door shut which was undertandable if the air conditioning on but sometimes we just wanted to let some of the outdoor air in and after all we were paying a large sum for such a small room. 
There was also a day where the electricity went out in our room and we found our selves feeling too uncomfortable to go up and ask after the reception we received last time we had a question.
We were planning on paying in cash but after 3 days the total cost had been taken out of my bank account with out warning all of my spending money.
The day we were leaving I went up to drop back the key but no one was home, again unprofessional there should be a reception desk.
Lastly I left a dress of mine behind in my room and message the property to ask about getting it back saying I will pay for all postage and packaging, no reply. 

All in all I would Not stay here agin for the prices that are being charged. 

Over priced, not friendly 

I was very,very disappointed of my choice.First it is very difficult to find the owners for simply cheek-in.Rude,no friendly..looked like I have been disturbing them.
1.There is no pool(take off the picture from your page!)
2.Cats go everywhere around the building and jumped from the balcony into the room
3.horrible very tiny balcony with misable chair.
4.over priced for this old style furniture.

liars!There is no pool..

These people are professional liars. I am 100% Greek and live in America and they still tried to play me. Upon arrival the lady was disgusting with bleach in her hand to clean our room. The amount of cats she had was disgusting. I told her we wanted 2 single beds and she gave us one. She told me to "go to hell and die" because I refused to stay there. This place is filthy!
