We rented the studio apartment, one of three in this complex.
We were delighted with the authenticity, hidden in the castle wall, up steep staircases, around corners, past old churches and flower covered archways. Spotlessly clean. 
We could not have asked for anything better on this very beautiful island. 
The host has been gracious . This unit, rented for only a week, made our holiday

Delightful

My two children and I stayed in a charming  studio apartment overlooking the old town  .  It was spotless clean, functional,  with the absolutely best location on a hill above  Aegean sea,  in the old town,  and near the port/transportation system.   The convenience can not be understated-dozens of restaurants and shops are right there.  The pictures you see on the website are exactly how it is.  Aside from minor issues with the Wi-Fi  , it was a perfect stay.   It should be noted that this is not the place to stay if you have impaired mobility as you need to be able to climb up steep staircases and walk on uneven terrain to get there.

Pretty close to perfect 

This is a great spot to set your base - family or couple. Its not a hotel, so dont expect that service, but it is apartments that are clean and light and airy - in a great location. We felt very at ease and settled in immediately.
Jannis and Emanuela are great hosts and will help with anything you need - and leave you to your holiday in peace the rest of the time

Very private and excellent location. Homey place to crash in Paros

We spent for night in the appartement June 4 with the view on the sea, but we expected more for the price (100€/ night). A lot of effort has been made in the decoration, but the flat is not so convenient. We were a bit disappointed by this place despite its so called "charm". 

Pros
- View on the sea, beautiful sunset at night, close to the port, in the old town
- Quaint and nice decoration
- Small kitchen
- They let us stay after 12pm

Cons
- The bathroom is very small and dark. Only 1 roll of toilet paper... strange
- The bar just under the balcony is a bit noisy at weekends. 
- We came with a baby and asked for a cot. We didn't get one on the 1st day. As an excuse they said we agreed that our baby could sleep with us, which we never did. I don't know if it is a misunderstanding or a lie. 
- Room cleaning is every 3 days, so we ended up cleaning up ourselves and emptying the trashes. We stayed 4 nights, it would have be more convenient to clean every 2 days instead of the 3rd day. 
- The beaches close to the hotel were disappointing. We had to take a boat to go to other beaches such as Krios. 
- Definitely not a good value for the price compared to other places in Greece.

Great view, minimum service

we stayed here for few night in Paros. 
Was great place upstairs with the terrace. we stayed with 4 people, so it doesn't matter to have a shared bathroom. The terrace with view to the Paros port worth it!!!

Very nice Apartments in the centre of the old town in a very good location only minutes away from the port.

Our apartment (downstairs) was nice and clean in the traditional style of the Greek Islands.

Janis the owner was very friendly & helpful.
