Very clean room with a fridge and a coffee maker. Very good shower pressure. Clean towels and bed linen. Great location on Falasarna beach which is a beauty. Great communication via email messages with the owner Mrs Elpiniki who was very kind and thoughtful. Thank you very much and we look forward to coming back next year.

Great hotel

Mrs Elpiniki runs an extremely nice set of rooms on the most beautiful beach in Crete, if not Greece.  There are only four rooms and they all share a splendid view on the beach, as well as a distance of some 300 yards. Perfection is seldom as close as it is here.

My room was extremely comfortable with a double bed, balcony with a direct view of the beach, a refrigerator, iron, safe, and complimentary WiFi.  On-site parking is also complimentary. There is a cafe and restaurant on the premises.

The room exceeded my every expectation.  I strongly recommend it to my readers

Clean and reasonable rooms on the beach. Every comfort is provided. Perfection!

You literally cannot get any closer to the beach, newly built, the rooms are of a high standard, and are air conditioned. 

You are a short walk to the beach, and the tavernas, which close shortly after the sunset. 

There is a shop a short walk up from the hotel, where you can get essentials, like a beach umbrella. 

Friendly local staff, great views, and this beach... Highly recommended! 

Great Value 

We booked the room by email directly with Alex. He's a lovely guy and remembers us from one year to the next.he gave us room 3 which is amazing. The towels and sheets were brilliant white and the apartment was very clean. We would have enjoyed breakfast at en plo but unfortunately they don't do it,therefore we ate at to kyma.A small suggestion to anyone going to stay, take some pegs cos it's very windy.

Amazing view! You can't get closer to the sea! The guy at the beach operating the hotel's umbrellas was very friendly and nice. There is a supermarket really close as well.

We maybe were the first visitors of the season and that's probably why the room wasnt very very clean.

WiFi reception was perfect.

Other than the cleaningness thing everything was very good.
