nice hotel that has a great spa inside me and my family enjoyed the spa especially my kids loved it very much.  at the spa we were served by the therapist Fiori who was very kind and friendly.  thank you very much, see you next year.

I really liked the spa it was perfect and the staff very helpful and kind!

I was in July with my family at this hotel and we had a great time.  the reason we had a great time was because we visited the hotel's spa and was served in an impeccable and friendly manner by Maria.  In general, the service at the spa was impeccable and I was very pleased.  Thank you very much, have a great rest of the summer and we will visit you again next year!x😄

Nice and friendly environment in the hotel. But the spa is what impressed me the most.,as i was very relaxed and rejuvenated from my body and face treatment. Maria is a great therapist with experience and highly skills. I recommend you to have a massage without second thought 

Family hotel with very nice spa

Good hotel with very nice spa experience. I really like my face and body treatment with Emma. 

The hotel location is perfect for family with kids. 

Foods are delicious but could be more diversified.

I had an absolutely blissful experience with a full-body massage by Fiori! Her exceptional skills and attentive approach made it one of the best massages I've ever had. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The whole hotel is highly recommended!

Fabulous  hotel

I rate my stay at the hotel as successful. Unfortunately, apart from very good cuisine (thanks to chefs Emanuel and Dimitros) and the recruitment facilities, there are reservations about the work of the hotel reception, and especially to the head of MRS Maria. More empathy and understanding for guests is required from the person in the above position. Blaming the operator for, for example, poor internet quality or taking money from a guest for issuing another door card if it is lost, is simply disqualifying. It proves, first of all, a misunderstanding that it is not the owner who is de facto her employer, but all the guests who come here. And it is thanks to them that he has a job. The behavior of the above-mentioned Mrs Maria is unacceptable in today's difficult times for the hotel industry. It is a pity that it affects the very well-done work by other employees. Unfortunately, I will not be able to recommend this hotel to my other friends, considering that they may encounter the same behavior as I did when contacting Mrs. Maria

Hotel Feedback

Beautiful hotel with nice smiley people, especially Joana from the bar with the best coctails. We were all inclusive so the drinks werent the best quality but for the cost of the hotel it was good enough i can say. The food it was good ,nothing to worry about but it was very simillar every day. The reception of the hotel has some very nice girls that they always want to help you and give their best self. The hotel also has some installation of massage ,nothing fancy but a simple gazebo with the best massage from Fiori and Ruth the manager that shes always kind. I really felt the difference on my back problem later on. The rooms are simple but nice and clean and the cleaners they were very helpfull , even though they were tired they were always very kind and we really appreciated. We will come back again one day.

Best massage, beautiful hotel

The hotel was amazing in the photos so that's why we decided to book there. When we arrived in the hotel we had a warm welcome from the stuff. The receptionist informed us the the room that we booked was not available until next day! We were very disappointed and we ask to speak with the supervisor. She was a lady called Maria and with a big attitude she told us that it is not possible to have our room, so we decided to end it there and have our normal room next day. The room that they give us was unacceptable, with small bathroom and moldy tilεs, rust in the fridge and stains in the mattress! when we went back in the reception to complain she was there and this time with bigger attitude she told us : this is it, if you like it otherwise change hotel! and that's what we did, we cancel our reservation there and booked another hotel. Thanks but never again.

Bad manners !

Stayed here feom 11th-18th hotel has had some. Major changes since i was last here
Hotel is lovely food was amazing with fresh pizza and meat dishes cooked while you wait and a juice bar at breakfast along with lots of other choices... As fore mentioned about 90% germans but apparently its the german half term so cant hold the hotel responsible for gearing towards that if you come more in season im sure its more British but made no odds to us we had room 8 and room. Was what it was didnt hear a peep of anything and essentially how much time do you spend in there when you have 2 amazing pools and plenty of bars. Staff are lovely friendly and found to have a good sense of fun and like to mention mike at the lounge bar and Tony at the pool bar and everyone in between for a lovely stay.
