My daughter and me had the wonderful possibility to stay for a couple of days in Evia Studio in May 2016. I know the owner's family since some years and this family only embodies the best features of a Greek family owners. They are very hospitable and always concerned about the welfare of their guests in the highest degree. .....always an open ear and a friendly smiling face. The apartment is excellent, very modern and very clean. In the apartment is aircondition, a large fridge and cooking facilities. Bed towels and bathroom towels are provided. The view from the balcony to the sea: a pleasure. The balcony equipped very generous and welcoming veranta furnitures. Evia Studio is located near the little Loutra Edipsos port, so no taxi needed to get there. In the vicinity: taverns, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, everything without a car and very easy to reach. Of course I would like to stay there again and I recommend this property highly and warmest. :-))))))))
