Fantastic place to stay. The service from the owners was immaculate and made our holiday. I brought my friends and family there for drinks before dinner (Wedding holiday) and my parents loved it so much that they booked for the following year. This is a personable, family run hotel. Their reputation is a testament to their care and hard work towards every one of their guests. Thank you Kostis and Family. 

Best Hotel in Corfu. 

The moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Thank you Kostas and Lia.
We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the apartments whilst being able to walk into Gouvia or to the marine in a few minutes.
The pool is lovely and we enjoyed relaxing both in it and by it after our morning walks.
A five minute walk to the bus stops allowed us to access both blue and green bus services, and so cheap.
There are plenty of restaurants to explore in Gouvia but on a couple of occasions we sampled and enjoyed Lia's cooking.

A lovely relaxing holiday at the Zefinos apartments.

The hosts are very friendly its clean great pool and bar ,nice gardens over looking gardens and its extremely safe are ,ths kostas and lisa hope to come back ,wille  ,Dublin Ireland, love the area has a beach 5 minutes from your hotel and bars restaurant clubs for all ages ,thanks kostas and lisa

We stayed here for the last week of the season in October 2023.  The apartments are lovely, very clean, spacious, and well equipped.  Kostas and Lia are incredibly friendly, and nothing is too much trouble.  We ate and drank in the bar there a few times, and the food was generously portioned and delicious.  The pool area offered a good choice of sunny and shady spots with plenty of loungers.  The gardens  are well kept with pretty and imaginative arrangements. 

Spacious accommodation 

We stayed for 3 weeks and could not find any real faults,Kostas and Lia were great hosts whom were there to help.
When we arrived Kostas was there to give us all the information on the apartment and surrounding area(Shops,restaurants etc.
We stayed in apartment 9 and was very fresh and new looking having large fridge freezer,the cooker was basic but we only had breakfast so no cooking was done.
Bar/Restaurant area was once again very good and Lia cooked breakfasts,snacks and meals and again very filling.
The pool was of a good size and where can you say you’ve arrived at poolside at 11.00 in the morning and there are available beds.
Shops/Restaurants are 5/10 min walk and recommend the French restaurant for some wonderful food.
Yes to anybody interested this is a must for value.

Well worth a stay.

Second visit to the apartments and everything was great. The hosts welcomed us with a warm hug just like on our previous visit. The apartments and pool area are kept spotlessly clean and the drinks and food options were excellent. Thank you Kostas and Lia for the excellent stay once again. Thank you for everything!!!

Amazind stay!!!!

First visit to Zefiros apartments and if we were to return to Gouvia we would return here. Kostas and Lia are wonderful hosts  and work so hard to ensure guests have a great holiday.  Lovely pool and bar area . Apartments are clean and tidy. 
Lia even gave us a little gift on leaving, such a lovely couple. 

Great apartments and hosts.

Probably going to upset a few people with this review but here goes …. This is what I found and my opinion …..
The view from the balcony was awful, looked out over a concrete yard with washing hanging. Not as described by TUI overlooking ‘manicured gardens’.!There was a large hose on the ground with a constant big puddle which probably contributed to the many mosquitoes. The kitchen/so-called lounge area was one of the most depressing rooms I’ve ever seen …NO WINDOWS you had to have the light on all the time and the cupboards and drawers smelt musty and damp so we didn’t put anything in them. The bedrooms weren’t great …. NO electric sockets except the one behind the dressing table where the tv was plugged in and difficult to access . Nowhere in the bedroom to plug in a hairdryer or phone. You were required to close a big brown metal shutter at the balcony doors every time you vacated the room which meant once closed you couldn’t see anything in the room. There was no central ceiling light and the wall lights were so dim bedtime reading was not an option. The pool was a good size and probably the best asset of the property along with Kostas the owner. However the sun loungers are dated and uncomfortable. You are not allowed to take anything to eat or drink to the pool area  EVEN WATER !! unless you have bought it from there. Kostas is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him.  Many people return to this place, would I go back ? Not in a million !!

Disappointing !

One of the most relaxing holidays ever ,Lia and Kostis are the perfect hosts nothing is too much trouble for them the hotel is very small and kept immaculate condition.We ate here most days lunch or breakfast excellent value food and drinks , cocktails are a must. We cannot wait to return. Would definitely recommend 100%.

Fantastic little gem

For our first trip to Corfu, I selected these apartments based on existing reviews and comments from other travellers.
On arrival at the apartments I first met Kostas, the proprietor. He extended a very warm welcome to both of us. His friendly welcoming attitude set the scene for our break.
Once the formalities were completed and we’d settled into our apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of detail paid to incidental complimentary item( hand sanitizer, shower gel etc)
The pool bar area was spotlessly clean. The bar itself was stocked well with everything food and beverage that you’d need.
Kostas introduced us to his wife(Lia) and his delightful family, who continued the outstanding customer service throughout our stay.
My experience is; that nothing is too much bother for this family. They work really hard to ensure the stay is as good as it can be.
The apartments are located a very short walk to Gouvia(main strip). They border the marina, which is worth a visit to see how the “other half” enjoy their recreation time.
In summary; Zefiros Apartments represent everything that’s been written about then in previous reviews. I throughly enjoyed my stay with Kostas et al. 
Would I recommend Zefiros Apartment? Yes! Without hesitation.
