We rented a villa by phone for 2 couples with 3 teenagers. The villa had a heated pool. The water and electricity are to be paid extra and given the rental price I thought it was a little exaggerated. When we arrived we had to wait a long time because we were more than 2 hours late than the reception had announced. The person had the reception, the assistant, must definitely change profession, the SBRAM does not exist at her home. The reception is open too much. We need to change bakery. The bread could be delivered to the reception at the villa at 8h and not after 10h. We rented a small house of 40 square meters, on two floors and two bedrooms, which was nickel and enough. The residence has two heated swimming pools, the nec plus ultra, the cars don't run inside the walls and the sea is 1.5km away on foot or by bike. This is very good.

All right, but...

We rented a 100m2 villa with a swimming pool that was heated as we asked at 26 degrees. At the first wake breakfast offered, to every technical problem (oven, umbrella bed, light bulb) the technician was sent quickly. We had a very pleasant week, the residence is quiet can be a small disadvantage the houses are very close to the beat heard his neighbors provided they are not too fetid.;-)! Super stay with a baby and a child.

Villa pool

We spent 15 days in July 2017 in an apartment for 5 people. Positive points: functional apartment, quiet and maintained residence with a private door and parking space, clean and pleasant swimming pool, security guard who watches over the residence. City centre and beach accessible by bike or car, not much entertainment in the city. Negative points: too old apartment with mother decoration too busy, you feel at someone's house too late. The kitchen is full of unnecessary equipment for long-term storage that makes our business more complicated.

Quiet and clean residence but apartment too old!

My wife and I had a very pleasurable stay in a small but well equipped cottage in this complex. The swimming pool was lovely and very close to our cottage , the amenities exceeded our expectation and the English speaking staff at reception were very helpful in meeting our needs and requests. The surrounding area is if course lovely and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday here , would certainly recommend for couples and families.

Excellent cottage , nice complex

Stayed for two whole weeks. Ideal cottage house if you need some rest. Not straight at the beach, where all the activities are, but not far away (2min drive). Small houses, but with a nice terrace to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the sun. Few things to notice: NO WIFI unless you have a cottage at the reception desk. If wifi is needed for you, make sure to ask for a cottage straight at the reception desk. If you have a bad back, beware that the couch and the bed might not be the best for you. This was the only down side I had in the house, I would have liked a bit more support in the bed for my back. Upon arrival, make sure you have toilet paper. Might be important if you really "have to go" straight on arrival. I really don't have anything negative to say. The staff was very friendly and spoke VERY good English, the house was very clean, and the location is great, just a few minutes away from everything. Recommend it to ANYONE.

Best holiday house so far

We booked last minute after being let down elsewhere so obviously got what was left.  The grounds were well maintained and quiet and the staff friendly.  The cottage was small which I expected but it  had damp patches around the mezzanine window and was ill equipped (things missing or broken). We also paid £8 per person for linen hire but this did not include towels which I thought was over priced.
