Been meaning to write this review for a while. Stayed here during my first trip to Paris for a long time. Was a lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and room was lovely with a lovely and clean bathroom. It is also very well located right near to one of the main train and metro stations in Paris and the Eiffel Tower is more than walkable for most people I would say! Thanks! 

Our first trip to France/Paris.  We booked online and were very pleased with the results.  The Concorde Montparnasse was in a great location and staff/services were wonderful. I would like to see a better breakfast menu in the restaurant.  Not just continental but maybe some hot menu items. Price for breakfast was excessive. That is out only negative!!

Went for a business trip. Nice clean rooms, though little small. Nice service, good food, and bar downstairs. The location is awesome. The station is just 150-200 meter from the hotel. Nice view of Eiffel tower from the hotel.

No internet was available at the hotel the 7 days I stayed there, notified staff several times. Staff members kept saying it would be available shortly but never no connection. I got tired of asking, on my way back in the hotel Saturday night I heard the lady at the front desk get upset with another customer from him complaining about the internet.

Good location, great breakfast with wonderful restaurant staff, pity the front desk isn’t as attentive. While it snowed out side, the room was kept at 19degree and we had to plead for a heater. Practical if you want a good location

I had booked this hotel before reading reviews and as such I was nervous about my stay. Thankfully I had no need to worry! 

The reception team were welcoming and informative and we had some laughter as I has walked from Porte de Versailles and probably looked like I had run a marathon! The hotel location is excellent--taxi stand outside, immediately next door to rail station and bus terminal. The location felt safe and the view of the Eiffel tower was awesome.

OK, the rooms are a little old but the bed was incredibly comfy, loads of big soft pillows and meticulously clean and well appointed. 

I have only one complaint--I ate in the bar on the first night--the bar tender (very tall one) was most ignorant. A French gentleman sat on the table next to me in the bar area--he was immediately attended to with food and drink orders--I had to make a concerted effort to get any attention and eventually another very helpful bar member helped me and made everything right---young man this is modern Europe and the old days of differentiation dependent on country of origin are long gone!

Aside from that "training need" it was a really pleasant stay and I will not hesitate to stay again. Traveller tip, if you are exhibiting or visiting Porte de Versailles the cab ride is only €10 from the taxis on the rank and the drivers are really friendly and helpful--Uber users had less good to say and paid more!

We stayed at Hotel Concorde Montparnasse in early January in a deluxe room on the 7th floor. The room was very clean when we arrived and the room amenities were really good. I can understand what some reviews say about it needing a little work here and there, however considering I payed around £90 per night I was very satisfied with what I got. We didn't have breakfast, or eat in the hotel's restaurants, but the restaurant across the road from the hotel was very reasonably priced (cheaper than the restaurants in the hotel) and the food was good too. Theres also a collection of other restaurants and bars just a short 5 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and all spoke very good English, however we asked for another toilet roll and received a bath robe instead.. If I were to return to Paris I would definitely be looking to stay here again.

great place , easy to find, comfortable and quiet. the staff was helpful. We could find everything we wanted easily and quickly. Nice restaurants nearby, nice theatres . The airport buses are next to it too.

Location : very near to metro stop , great location.
Check in/ check out. Check in was very smooth and welcoming. Thanks to Miss Gariner, really
good receptionist. Check out was really bad as the receptionist Soaad had very bad attitude. I was really disappointed with her but the front office handled the matter very well.

Room: very clean, tidy and warm .

Staff: really good staff beside the receptionist.

Breakfast: 21€ pp, naaah I’d suggest to eat outside.



Very good location but not a nice check out.

I agree with Rick Steves that this hotel is not convenient to the places you want to go in Paris.  It is a "relatively" short walk to three Metro stations if you know your way around the Metro.  There are many Metro lines at the big railroad station but my wife and I got lost the first time we came out of that station because we didn't know where we were in relation to the hotel.
