A great little find, the b11 is a lovely small hotel with friendly staff and arty decor. Our room was lovely and chilly, a welcome break from the city heat. Very comfortable bed and a great shower. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast (it has to be ordered by 5pm the day before and we’re not that organised). Would recommend the b11 as a nice place to stay. 

Lovely Nice visit

My partner and I have fallen in love with this hotel! We have been here for 3 days now and we will never stay anywhere else in Nice when we visit again. The service is fantastic, all the staff are warm and helpful. The rooms are very well equipped and more than big enough for a couple. It's such good value and perfectly located for everything you could want. It's proximity to "Old Nice" makes it a real gem. We didn't get a double bed, which I thought I'd requested but even that hasn't been a problem! I'll just be more specific next time I book!

Incredible

We were looking for a small hotel which was comfortable and offered good value! This hotel ticked all the boxes for us! It was roughly halfway between the promenade and the station in the new part of Nice. We are a fairly fit couple in our late 50’s early 60’s and found it easy to walk into old Nice and along the Promenade des Anglais.  We did not bother with the breakfast option as there are lots of cafes close by and a handy boulangerie just down the road! Each room has a different theme and we were in the black room, the bed was comfortable, the room was air conditioned and had a fridge and a safe. We would certainly use this hotel again if we returned to Nice......which is highly likely!!

Good value little gem!

This hotel is fabulous; I've just spent 5 nights and it was really wonderful. Here is why:
Location is great- 5 blocks from the Promenade Des Anglais and Blue Beach; nice size rooms, good linen and stylish- great minimalist decor and a smart reno of a classic old building (I loved that they kept the old floor tiles); close to Carrefour minimart and to a few coffees shops where locals hang out; a few blocks from the main train station.

Where it's unusual is that there are no staff after 7pm- you have to let yourself in after that time. I would have loved to be able to make use of the 'garden' area to sit and read or have a glass of wine I'd brought with from South Africa- we couldn't access the space though; if you want to have breakfast you need to alert the front of house person on duty well in advance- at last a day I think; there are no hooks in the bathroom to hang damp towels nor in the room itself; it would be useful if someone on staff could speak good English. If you book Room 15 be aware it is noisy (traffic and garbage truck removal on certain nights around 1pm in the morning) if you keep your windows open at night- when closed you hardly hear anything-I hate aircon so this was an issue for me. 

I'd still highly recommend Hotel B11 though because the pros far outweigh the cons

LOVE THIS ECLECTIC AND STYLISH HOTEL

This is a great hotel overall...
Pros:
- Good location - quiet and just a 10 min walk from beach and 5 min from the station. About 20 min from old town. Many restaurants within a 10 min walk.
- Good air conditioning 
- Good size room and bathroom.
- Efficient check in

Cons
- Awful water pressure in the bath - We had no shower in our room and it took about 15 - 20 min to get a few inches of water to have a bath.
- Low bed - fine for us but some may have an issue.

Overall would stay again although would prefer a room with a shower.
