Our second visit here. We’ve not stayed in the hotel but can recommend the set menu lunch. Great value at €16 for 3 courses and a glass of wine or cidre.  Food was delicious and the garden at the back is beautiful for lunch in the summer months.

To all the reviews i like to add: beware of the stairs to the rooms. They are crooked and steep. If you have to carry luggage these stairs could prove to be a challenge.
In summer with windows open you're stay could be disturbed by traffic noise.
Breakfast was basic en 1 cup of coffee only.
But still we might return because of the lovely setting.

Very nice

A nice place but with a many stairs and no lift , the internet is very poor  .the rooms are nice with large beds 
But the beds are not comfortable, the room is clean. The entrance to the hotel at night is via the toilet of the restaurant, 

Nice place but not a good selection 

``a very small auberge in an old building with lots of character. A timber framed building (colombage). Small bar and bistro with`lunch menu only during the week. Pleasant reception. Very pretty room with shower. The whole setting was very picturesque. The only downside was that the bedroom carpet had a couple of unsightly stains but otherwise everything else was perfect. We stayed just one night to celebrate my birthday.

A BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

I had a room overlooking the street and it could get a little noisy (from the restaurant patrons downstairs, not traffic, as this is a very quiet town.)  It was very comfortable.  Quirky in that to get to the rooms, in the bar you enter through the WC door and go up a very tiny spiral staircase.  I mean TINY!  The staff are helpful and carried my stuff up and down.  The restaurant seems quite popular among the townfolk and it's not bad. The breakfast, if free, would be fine, but for $6E (I think) it was skimpy.  Bread and coffee and OJ.  One morning I was offered yogurt.  Woohoo!

Very nice, comfortable room, quirky inn!  Lovely staff.

Check in is only from 3PM to 7PM which I did not know, (my fault).  A short window when traveling through the French countryside.   I planned to arrive at approx 10 PM so i sent an email a month before and receive no answer at all.  So much for customer service.  Actually arrived at 8PM to find the place completely closed and dark.  Tried to call the phone number on the reservation at is was disconnected.  Had to scramble to find an alternative.  Very disgusted and would suggest you stay clear of this rip off.

Dont waste your time

We had a lovely couple of nights in the Ptit Beaumont earlier this month - and what a wonderful stay it was.  The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the rooms were clean, cosy and warm.  The village itself was an absolute find and if we were to return (which we really hope to!), the Ptit Beaumont would be our accomodation of choice without a doubt.  Thank you for such a relaxing and unique stay.
