I feel so happy at the hotel and many thanks for all club team who have big power to feel all guests are happiness and many thanks for reception team .very nice aqua park and nice beach. Room also nice room with pool and sun all day

We have returned after a lovely week at the hotel, the staff are extremely friendly and always helped, Essa the bar man near the swimming pool was fantastic along with all the other staff, animation was great and kept us entertained, we will return 😀

We originally booked a hotel in Marsa alam but it was the total pits. We contacted a friend who we had met the previous year to see if he could help. He offered us to stay at the hotel he was working. So we packed up and traveled 2.5 hours to hurghada's golden club 5. On arrival we were greeted and welcomed by the reception manager and a receptionist. They arranged our stay and made us extremely welcome. The rooms are basic and could do with some updating but they are clean and tidy and more than satisfactory to sleep in. The hotel is extremely clean and can not be faulted. The bar staff were so friendly and willing even when lost in translation. The restaurant has more than enough choice of food and as a AI where ever you are can become very boring. Several evenings on request the chef made requested meals which was lovely and very appreciated. The pool staff were great with the children, getting involved in some games with the children. The water slides were a great distraction from sunbathing. The animation team were great and all the children loved them. 
The hotel in its self needs some TLC, this hotel could be a little gem given half a chance and would then be booked to capacity. Never in my thoughts did I think I would have such a fantastic holiday. Everyone was so friendly and I didn't think I could laugh so much. So a massive thank you to my dear friend for bringing us there. The atmosphere and the people are so wonderful that we returned in October for another 10 days and now looking to go back for new year's eve. We have made some truly good friends. 
People work extremely hard for little money and a great job they do. 

Please Dont believe all the negative stuff you read about this hotel it's what you make it and for the money what more could you want!

Moved to Golden 5 club after a horrific experience at Hawaii le jardin. What a breath of fresh air golden 5 club was. Rooms are huge very clean and well equipped. Cleaner is brilliant rooms thoroughly cleaned including windows..!!!  Fresh towels and bedding daily. Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. We ate at the 5 springs aqua park for lunch as kids loved it there. Pools are clean and lifeguards are lovely. All the staff from barmen to gardeners always had time to say hello. Will be coming back as going home feeling refreshed and relaxed thanks to golden 5 club. Special mention to Mr Omar again and Miss Monica as they really did go above and beyond to make our time as amazing as possible.

Quiet relaxing break

The club is beautiful and quiet and this is the case I really needed 'The rooms are really nice and the room service is good and the room is very reasonable.'  The sea is really great and quiet, but it is a bit distant but on the whole it is a good trip

The animation team are very fantastic all the day they have alot activity sports .games . dans and they are fun 
Everything okaaay .foods . Pools . Sea .aqua park . All the staff are helpful


Animation team are very fantastic

This is definitely by a large margin one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Everything in the Club is so cool you'd want to stay forever. Two swimming pools just near the rooms, a very long beautiful beach and an aquapark for the active souls. Beautiful music both on the beach and pools and delicious food to top it up. The Club is definitely a hotel I will visit again soon.

I was here for one week,  the Hotel were Good, the beach were super and clean,  the food were best for me,  the Animation teams are good and friendly,  with nice show,  special the Cobra show,  I really enjoyed myself here.
