Villa features

This is a 6-bedroom villa for groups of up to 12 people with ocean/river views and 2 golf carts.

The villa has spacious living spaces, including a living room area with 3 large sofas. This is a great place to relax and guests can slide the big windows to the side and open up the living room towards the pool area. Right next to the living room, guests will find a TV room, which also doubles as a library/study and small office space. The formal, indoor dining room table seats 12 people, but guests will probably prefer to enjoy meals in the outdoor palapa and dining more casually by the pool.

The kitchen offers a good working space with all of the necessary equipment for cooking during vacation. Chef, butler and maid service included.

Five of the bedrooms are located inside the villa and the last bedroom is located outside – a private, underground suite that offers the ultimate privacy. All bedrooms are spacious and have high ceilings with ceiling fan and air condition. Each bedroom is decorated in its own tropical color. There are 3 bedrooms with king beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each and 1 bedroom with 2 full-size beds. The villa has 2 master suites. Both master suites have a king bed, ensuite bathroom and a private outdoor spa area with a private Jacuzzi – perfect for an in-villa spa treatment or just a relaxing soak in the Jacuzzi.
