Lundshøjgård is a very nice and cozy place. I was welcome by the owner, who showed me my room, which was excellent and warm.   The house has a fantastic view  to the fields of grass, with  Arabian horses in the middle of the countryside close to the " Fjords "
The room was big, with very nice small decorations, a good bed and very quiet.
Everything was perfect and in good conditions. I can only recommend this place 100 %. Specially a big thanks to the owner, who gave me a warm welcome and told me about the area. I am sure that I will return.

A really extraordinary, remarkable place, Very special and a fantastic host !

We stayed one night in this lovely small farm house in the country side. The host is very kind and helpful. 
The room was small with just the absolute necessities, but not a problem for us as we only slept there. We were having breakfast in a larger room on the first floor with a great view over the fields (unfortunately no view over the fjord). The breakfast was amazing, partially made from local materials. 
The walk to the fjord is 5-10min, but unfortunately for us the weather was very unstable so we did not really get to enjoy the fjord. However, the host gave us a great tip to drive east along some small dirt roads, which was a really nice drive.

Lovely host and area

We chose to drive from our home in Norway to Germany and found this gem to stay overnight less than 1.5 hours from the ferry. We arrived late evening, but were warmly welcomed by our hostess, Merete, who served us coffee/tea and biscuits. Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was downstairs, but not a problem for us. They also have a room available downstairs for those who can't take the stairs. The dining/living room was comfy and accommodating. Our hosts have traveled quite a bit themselves and have an extraordinary collection of books! We received tips for local sights, walks and short drives to enjoy in the area. There are even ancient burial mounds very nearby! Breakfast was fit for a king! Homemade breads and jam. Fresh eggs and melk from the farm. Cheeses, meats, fruit, veggies and yogurt. All very nicely served on lovely old china. We just loved it! Immediately booked a night for our return. It is always so enjoyable to meet people who love what they do and take the time to have a conversation with the guests. Merete made us feel quite at home. We highly recommend this B&B!

Warm welcome at a Danish farmhouse, perfect distance from the ferry to Norway.

We stay at this B&B only one night (what an error, we should stay more time there) on 2015 August during a trip around Denmark. We went a couple with a little child of 1 year and 10 months. 
When you go to The B&B it seams that the road brings you to the middle of nowhere, there's only fields, but then you arrive at the house.
Nice walks around the house (you can reach the fjord in 10'), just ask for some information to the housekeeper, she will help you with recomendations about the surroundings.
The room was clean, and really comfortable.
The only "inconvenient" is that the bathroom is shared with the other rooms, and it's located on first floor (rooms are at second), it wasn't an inconvenient for us, but it can be if you have reduced movility.
The breakfast is great, fresh milk, house marmalade and bread, and homemade cold meat. 

It was our best staying in Denmark.
