After making a reservation due to the wrong dates, they refuse to refund all or part of the amount, even if the reservation is within 4 months and it does not cause any problem in the booking.
The error was reported within 24 hours. of the reservation and the Hotel's response, "we will not refund the money" there was a mistake in the reservation.
Incredible lack of tact with the client and understanding. They should definitely avoid staying in hotels that engage in pirate behavior. Without a doubt the management should change the reservation and return policy.

Unprofessional treatment.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVERY HAD! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Most unfriendly people I have ever been in contact with! She yells and screams on the telephone and illegally books money from your credit card. Absolutely do not recommend coming here!!

Highly recommended to avoid this place. Owner is verbally aggressive and has never heard of customer service. Be careful with your credit card because they will charge it for all kind of stuff you never authorized.

Don't go to this hotel!
We were travelling for business with one colleague. During the afternoon before the night when we were supposed to stay in this hotel, the tenant called her asking us for a Covid test. We answered we had a covid vaccination certificate but she said it was not enough. Very surprising as it is not compulsory in any hotel or public place in Danemark. We reached the hotel after a long drive at 10PM, and of course the local covid center was closed. The tenant welcomed us very aggressivly and told us that we could not stay in her hotel ! It was night, minus 5°c outside and snowing heavily. We tried to explain that we had covid vaccination certificate and were not able to had the test, that it was not obligatory in any place in Danemark, but she answered very rudely, called the security man and they literally threw us out of the hotel !
I a travelling for 20 years and never in my life was I treated like this. It is a real shame and the danish people to whom I told the story after this strange situation could not believe their ears. Frankly speaking: they are many good hotels in Herning, don't go to this one and find another one !

Don't go to this hotel !

I stayed here for 1 night.  I was in Herning to watch football in the MCH Arena in the Danish Superliga.  I travelled by train  from Copenhagen to Herning.  The journey took 3 hours.  The accomodation is on the outskirts of the town but so is the football stadium.  So, it was ideal for me.  It took me 40 minutes to walk from  the train station  to the accomodation.  The owner, Rean, is lovely and very welcoming.  I had number discussions with her a day she was so polite and welcoming. The room was more than adequate for my requirements.  The separate shower/toilet room was fine.  The breakfast choice and quality was good too.  This accomodation has the personal touch which was nice.  It is out of town.  I  never had a car but I enjoy walking.  It took  me 25 minutes to walk to the football ground.  Herning is a quite town, peaceful and welcoming.  When I got to the account accommodation i couldn't get in.  So I had to telephone the number on the front door and leave a message.   The owner came out and let me in.  So, make sure you've got your phone with you.  The accommodation is on a business Park.  It is isolated.  Even so, I'd recommend it as a place to stay if you are in this part of Denmark. Friendly Place To Stay

Great small hotel, places about 1 kilometer from the Herning Fair and 2 kilometers from the city center. The hotel owner is a nice lady with full focus on her guests. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast is far over the standard you get in the bigger hotels. I’ve never got more value for money and I will for sure chose this hotel in the future. Keep on this work. One of the most positive hotel experiences in the price range below 150 euro I ever had and the prices are only about 50-60 euros.

Don't judge on the outside - book and enjoy

We were treated like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble. It was like home from home. I certainly would go back again. It was ashame we hadn't stayed longer. The breakfast was exceptional. Thank you for a lovely stay. Lesley and Mags

We stayed at Sov i Herning (meaning "Sleep in Herning", we were told) during our drive across Jutland. Just a quick one night stay for us, though others were staying longer. The room was very nice and super quiet. The breakfast was full of good things, and conversation with Rie could have lasted all day if we hadn't been in a time crunch. Although we likely will not return to this area, Sov i Herning will be where we stay if we do!

Family touch makes the difference

This bed and breakfast has to be on your list to stay at ,tucked away in a quite part of Herning but not far from the Centre, about 5 mins on the bus which are plentiful they will take you right to the train station. This hotel is spotless and I do mean spotless.
Breakfast was nice and more than enough options for everyone. Some might be put off by the shared bathroom,please don't be.As this B&B is worth visiting .This is without doubt value for money ,great sleep ,nice beds ,everything you could hope for and more from a B&B .Marie cant do enough for you and it was a great experience

Where to stay to relax and have a lovely experince.

The place is very nice, very clean, spacious. I arrived before check-in hours, and there was noone there, but I called the owner, she gave door code and I waited for her inside. I haven't tried the breakfast due to limited time, however, the dinning area was very cozy and you could use it yourself as well, make coffee, tea.
