We travelled to this area in March 2016 with a group (We were hiking a lot - you can find many beautiful places close to this place!).

Silence, nature, castle.
It's an inn exactly. Brewery is in the basement, pub/simple but good restaurant on the ground floor and rooms are in the mansard.

They have the best bed ever! :) I'm serious, I want to know the brand name of the matrass and I will order from there!

The best beer in Czech Republic. Must try for sure. It is called ZVÍKOVSKÝ RARÁŠEK. For this beer we have to travel to Germany and now finally in CZ. 🙏 Really thank you and will come back soon. Food and also cheesecake absolutely out of this world.

We showed up unannounced and the prioprieters were still more than happy to show us around the brewery for a quick tour prior to buying a pint of their beer.  The brewery is very close to the Zvikov castle (walking distance) and was a fun little break! 

Cant praise them highly enough

We stayed here for one night and wished it had been longer. In the grounds there is a fantastic swimming pool with a jet stream so you really get a good workout. Next door there is a large hot tub / jacuzzi and a sauna. As it is a brewery they have a large selection of beers with various flavours and strengths and a good selection of Czech foods. Breakfast is served in a separate dining room and is buffet style with the usual choice of eggs. We stayed in a separate building from the hotel in a modern, light, quiet room with views of the countryside. Situated on the road to Orlik Castle.

Tucked away in the country side near the famous castle , it's a surprising place to find. Doesn't look like much from outside but the food is good and beer fantastic. They brew right in the premises and if your there on a weekend you can watch. They have a fire going in the corner, a place for kids to play and a relaxed atmosphere . The staff is really friendly! They have an open out BBQ in the middle of the restaurant . Homemade soup was delicious .
