We have booked their apartment located in Růžová 951/13, Praha 1. The reservation was made 3 years ago as we cannot fly during pandemic. As the inflation was quite serious in Prague, we have to pay around 50% of total price for top up. However, its still comparatively cheap for the good location and room for 4 pax.
Service is good and the staff could be reached easily via whatapps. Room is located inside an old building, it is fine since Prague is a historical place. Room features are beautiful and equipped with full kitchenette plus washing machine. Location is unbeatable, it is just located in city centre, super close to the train station. 
However, downside is the cleanliness. I hope you guys understand the difference between OLD and DIRTY. Some areas of the room, I could describe it as dirty. There was a leftover cloth from previous guest inside the washing machine and the plastic margin of the machine was molded. The coffee machine is full of marks and some plates were not cleaned thoroughly. 
Floor is dusty and hair everywhere. Luckily the bed is fine. 
If you just need a room for family with high accessibility, with budget, it is fine. 
But if you treat cleanliness with priority, it is not your choice.

Good value but need to improve cleanliness

Very impressed with the stay. Deposit required which is fair as we were a stag do and had no issues getting it back as long as you respect the rooms.
Rooms were spotless clean with everything you required ie iron, iron board, fridge etc etc.
The location of the hotel is perfect.
10 mins walk to the old town square and 5 minute walk to the main road where it all happens.
It’s not that the hotel is hard to find it’s the fact Prague is full of small cobbled streets and it’s easy to get lost.
Would recommend to anybody wanting to stay at Prague to consider this hotel especially groups.

Stag do stay

Came here with 11 lads and the rooms where clean and perfect for a place to get your head down. Receptionist on arrival was fantastic with us telling us where to go and everyone loved there apartments.highly recomend for groups wanting to be close to city centre.

Great for a stag do

Cheap yet nice and tidy place with friendly staff located near city centre. Apartment was more than big enough for five of us with all necessities and commodities we needed. There is a private parking in the backyard of building. If you don't need extravagant accommodation it is a perfect hub for exploring Prague.

Would recommend

I spent 5 nights at Cityspot in December 2018. It is conveniently located very near the train station and is in easy walking distance of Old Town attractions. 

As a solo traveler, the apartment had more space than I needed with four single beds. I most enjoyed having the stovetop, microwave, electric kettle and washing machine. 

It was also convenient to have a lift so I could easily get my luggage upstairs. 

I would gladly stay in Cityspot on any future trips to Prague. 

Great location, friendly desk staff

Stayed here for one night with four friends. Not that easy to find but luckily had a taxi. Reception was friendly and 24 hours. Our room had everything we needed including washing machine, microwave, kettle etc etc. Modern and comfortable, I would have had no issues staying longer.

cheap and certainly cheerful

5 of us stayed in the "Duplex Apartment", which could have slept 6. Our apartment was on the top floor, accessible by a lift. For 4 nights, our price per person was around £84 which is incredibly cheap considering the quality of our rooms and distance from the main square, around a 15-minute walk in a near-straight line. The area is very quite, and close to the main train station.

Staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming; our inbound flight was delayed by over 4 hours, and we were worried we would miss our transfer (organised by the Apartment on our behalf). We were getting a late flight, and the delay meant we wouldn't be landing until around 00:00am. I e-mailed CitySpot and they assured us almost instantly that our Driver would wait for us, which he did until 01:00am when we finally arrived. The Driver was extremely friendly, and seemed more than happy to have waited 4+ hours for us. As we were so late the reception was closed, but keys were left in a lock-box for us. We received a warm welcome by staff members the next morning when we officially checked-in.

The room had a large air-conditioning unit upstairs which was needed (July); four beds upstairs, two downstairs. The room is very modern and comfy, and perfect for us as a short lads' holiday away. We were pleasantly surprised with our room; although the pictures looked appealing, we were still impressed with the room. Complimentary towels were given, as well as coffee, sugar and tea. There was also a washing machine if needed, as well as a cleaning-service upon request. 

It is incredibly cheap when compared to Hotels in the same surrounding areas, and considering the location we would definitely stay here again. There are a few small corner stores less than 5-minutes away which was sufficient for us for food and drinks, too.

Very reasonably priced and great location!

We stayed here as a family of 5 with three kids (10, 13 & 15) super location: two minute walk from the main train station and 10 minute walk to old town. Excellent staff. Beautiful place with All amenities you would need. Small kitchen to buy a few snacks, large bathroom, washing machine and super cute loft the kids loved. We would highly recommend this apartment for families. 

Great family holidy

We had no problem finding it because our traveller drove us straight to the door. Check-in was smooth. 

Location wise - it was very near to the main train station where you can get some amenities and a walk to the Old Town too.  

Room-wise -  The size of the room was decent enough for 3 travellers. Bed was comfortable. However, we thought that the room could do with just a few more lights, as it can get really dark during winter.  

This said, on another note, the lightings outside, aka along the corridors and the way from the Main Door to the lift and to your room - are sensor-based but sometimes, the response was a bit delayed and you have to walk a few steps and move around a bit before the place is lit up. Could get slightly uncomfortable when the lights are not lit immediately and you have to walk in darkness for a minute when you walk in to the yard to the lift. There was once we were fiddling to open our door and the lights along the corridor just went off. 

Back to the room - the little cabinet had a few clothes hanger - thought can do with just 3-4 more.  Bathroom was OK - though the shower head was fixed HIGH up on the wall. Guess it was more to accommodate tall and larger sized males, instead of petite size ladies.  The water pressure was not really strong, so coupled with a fixed high shower head, I didn't really enjoy my showers during my stay there.  Housekeeping services was every 3 days, if I remember correctly - so just make sure you don't dirty your towel.  Save the earth. 

Wi-Fi was stable. 

Decent, no frills place to stay

Stayed here for a three night trip, highly recommend, in a great area, just across the road from the metro station, very accessible, very affordable. Apartment area itself is very secure, lovely and warm, beds are clean and comfortable, lovely kitchen area and bathroom, overall we were very happy with this particular stay, would definitely stay again if back in prague.
