Beautiful location, friendly owners. Great place to relax and really enjoy what life has to offer.

A great located apartment and very clean with basic furnishings, make sure to plan your parking since there is no parking around for free, also you need to call 15min before in order to let you in if you do not want to wait infront of the door...

Nice located clean apartment

PROS:
Good location - near the Mill Colonnade, Diana Lookout, Vrídlo. The apartment was spacious and had a good view of the Teplá River, Mill Colonnade and nearby buildings from the balcony. But there’s lots of good spa hotels and apartments in the area offering these perks too at almost same rates - we recommend checking them instead.

CONS:
1. Smelly bed, bedsheets & towels; but the host took action the next day after we complained. We had one sleepless night due to this and uncomfortable sleep the rest of our stay (whilst the bed was changed) due to the bed’s poor quality.
2. Incompetent, uncaring host - we had to message him/her about every thing, e.g. check in & check out procedures, apartment faults, etc. No reception so connecting was really a challenge.
3. Defective, thin window blinds - we can be seen from outside and the room is still lit at night whilst the blinds were closed.
4. Broken shower handle; hence the bath time is doubled.
5. Very loud noises, foot steps, and cigarette smells from the neighboring apartments. 



Centrally Located & Spacious Apartment BUT Poor Quality Facilities & Service - Never Again!

Pros: very clean apartment.
          Nice landlord.
          Excellent location.
Cons: parking on site was not available during our stay, we had to park at a paid parking place.
           
Tips: call ahead of time if you need a baby crib.

Very clean and cosy

Don't be fooled by the free parking. There is none at this property. The nearest car park is half a mile away. Great location but the room was spoiled by ineffective blinds, with a massive gap meaning the light was streaming in making it hard to sleep after the sun came up. Won't be a problem in December but in June it is. Simple remedy required about the blinds and need to stop misleading about the parking

Perfect place for a long weekend! It has two sweet balconies. It is located ca. 3 minutes from the mill colonade and very closed to all tourist attractions. Very flexible arrival and departure time. The parking place from the hotel was full, but it was arranged to have another parking place very close to the appartment. Shot glasses for Becherovka would be essential :-)
