Stayed here some nights, ain´t just apartment- it´s awesome travel agency with all tips and advices about Havanna and Cuba overall. Master Carlos made everything, book us taxi to Varadero with reasonable price, get tips about restaurants and even reserved a table for us !! And there´s lots of a high quality restaurants at neighbour 5 mins walk away. If You are going to visit at Cuba visit first here, it´s worth that !

Very clean room with hot water closet hair dryer,air conditioner and safe. Room service every day. Breakfast included. The manager Alfredo and Jamie are very knowledgeable and friendly, they speak English also gave me very detailed suggestions on how to explore the town. Thank you to them for their help, definitely recommend this place.

These are the most kind people I've ever met in a hotel/hostel/B&B, you name it. Carlos, one of the people that staff the floor, was very helpful. He is always happy with a nice conversation and gave us several tips on how to get around the town.

For the price we paid, this place was fabulous. AC in the bedroom, queen bed, and private bathroom. Small fridge with a few water bottles and beers.
The breakfast is modest but very tasty, and the coffee is MOL times better than any starbucks.
There are several great restaurants around and it cost only 1-5 dollars to get to downtown havana. At night, it is super quiet and dark which are important things to me.

Casa Lily is a great place for families and couples, Alfredo is amazing and goes above and beyond o make you feel comfortable, The staff overall is great, Myself my daughter and niece stay from 6-26-19 to 7-1-19.I want to thank Casa Lily for taking such good care of us during our stay!

I stayed at casa lilly for 3 nights, and it was ideal! being outside of the out town it was nice to get away. The staff were very friendly, Alfredo in particular provided us with some excellent local information on where to go and what to do. an excellent place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Lilly! The service was above average, really good; our room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, not to mention the amazing view from the 9th floor. We highly recommend Casa Lilly!!! 

We stayed at Casa Lilly for five nights. Alfredo, Anna, Jamie and Anya were superb. They answered our questions and gave us great suggestions for restuarants and places to visit. All were friendly and accomodating and we felt like family.
The facilities were clean and the location was perfect for navigating havana.

The hospitality at Casa Lilly is top notch. We were treated with the upmost care and provided with so many details and resources to navigate the city and neighboring parts of Cuba. For our five day trip we were placed in the spacious king suite and were treated like QUEENS! Very thankful to Alfredo, Jamie, Anya, Anna and Rodolfo for making our stay at Casa Lilly one that we will always remember. My mom fell in love with the history lessons she got from Alfredo, Anya’s breakfast (best crepes and eggs of any kind in Havana) and Jamie’s piña coladas. I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay here as everything is easily accessible. We were able to walk to dinner some nights. What an amazing experience! I can’t thank the staff enough! Oh and the view of the city is to die for! Being able to watch the sun rise and set throughout the day was breathtaking.

We stayed at Casa Lilly for 4 days and we more than pleased with the facilities, location, staff and cleanliness. Our room had a private bathroom, mini bar and air conditioning. The breakfast was excellent and staff were more than happy to accommodate us with an early breakfast cause we had tours planned that started quite early that morning.The staff were extremely informative and helpful and the area is excellent. If you looking for a value for money location.. look no further.

A family lodging. The staff was very friendly. The maid and kitchen were efficient and discreet. 
I want to acknowledge the good work of Dayver and Alfredo who were always available for applications. Whether it’s changing a soft mattress, calling a taxi, booking a table in a restaurant, or suggesting places to visit. 

As we stayed 7 days , Good breakfast, but could have been more diversified.
