Oké property with a very good price. You’ll need a car.

I was here with two friends in the beginning of September. We had an amazing stay and enjoyed every day. Marko was so nice and always made us feel welcome and satisfied with our needs, he even offered to come pick us up if we wouldn’t find a taxi. Overall the staff was very friendly and asked how our day was and came up with fresh grapes. It was a fantastic stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious with views of the sea. There is not much to do in the local area, nearest shop is about 25 minutes walk so a car is essential to get around. It is quiet though. Beds were comfortable. The WiFi signal was variable depending on time of day and location. Staff were very friendly. I had to ask for A dustpan and brush and the free toiletries. Our washing machine didn't work and we told them twice but still no one came to look at it, however they did offer to wash our clothes for us. We didn't use the pool which is too small for swimming but ok for cooling off in. Apartment was reasonably clean . The accommodation would suit a family or anyone who wants to to avoid city centre noise, nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes drive away and there is a Greek restaurant 5 mins walk away.

Spacious apartment in a quiet location

We had a relatively good time, the apartment was nice and spacious and the price was right. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can get to Zadar quickly.As other reviews have pointed out the main problem with the apartment is the cleanliness which is insufficient. We had to hand wash all the dishes and the dishwasher was too dirty to use. We also had to clean the shower filter clogged with hair from previous guests. We strongly suggest improving this aspect.

We started by having to stay in an apartment with water damage the first night, and had been told that we would then be moved to another apartment, which was fair enough, but still a little annoying. However, the first apartment was not cleaned at all, and there was obvious dirt on both surfaces and the floor. Even the plates, cutlery and glasses were dirty and not cleaned. We tried to reach out to the local landlord by e-mail, and even asked her by text if she had seen the e-mail, which she confirmed, but she never replied. The place looks much nicer in the pictures than it is in reality, and it seems super random what things the apartment contains. We had no hairdryer, kettle or broom, and had to ask for it. In addition, we did not get our sheets and towels changes, nor refilled toilet paper during the whole time we stayed there (7 days). Way too expensive for what you get.

Booking states that front desk will be open 2pm - 4pm however when I arrived at 3pm there was nobody there. I called the number and sent a message, a short time later someone called me back to provide room access details.

The place was spacious and appeared to have good facilities. A few of the lights didn't work, the fridge/freezer didn't work, and the kettle was a bit dodgy. Microwave was provided but was on a high shelf with plug dangling and nowhere to plug it in, so unable to use. It was clean enough; the advert states that the rooms are "professionally cleaned" before arrival, however there were quite a few dead bugs squished on the walls on when I arrived.

The free WiFi didn't work at all and there was no password provided for the other networks. 

It was extremely noisy, the whole area appears to be under construction so there are builders and machinery at work throughout the day. The walls were also paper thin: I could hear people talking and the TVs in other rooms, the room below me was especially loud and I could hear it as if it was in my own room. I could also hear people walking about upstairs.

The pool area was okay, but appeared unfinished as there were pipes lying around.

The beach is a 2 minute walk down the hill and there is a lovely bar & restaurant, with sun loungers looking over the sea. 

The images when booking are deceptive. The primary image (with the palm tree) and the 'beach bar' are images of the Santorini Beach Bar just down the road. The property looks a lot better in the pictures as the are able to hide all the construction work taking place.

On arrival, there was half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom - I assumed there would be more in the cupboard but I checked everywhere and there was none. I messaged the owners asking for some more at 6pm and they finally left me some more around 4pm the next day.

The shower doors did not close properly so the bathroom floor was soaked after using the shower and became very slippery.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this property; it is definitely not "luxury accomodation" nor 4*. It was extremely noisy which I don't mind during the day, but being able to hear other guests until 1/2am and construction noise at 6/7am definitely impacted on this rating. I previously stayed in a 2* apartment in another part of Croatia which was perfect compared to this. Avoid and save your money.

Definitely not luxury accomodation.

If you plan to spend time around a construction site, this is place to book. Noisy, apartment dusty due to all construction work around, parking part of the construction arra. Area is beautiful indeed, but wouldnot book apartments there till perhaps next year until it all clears up and construction work is done. Nowhere on their postings do they mention there’s work being done around the property.

Poor check in despite full information about arrival time.The accommodation is in the middle of a building site. From 7am to 6pm non stop notices coming from the buildings site next door.Zero house keeping.Zero soap or shampoo etc.No change of towels or sheets during 4 nights stay.Overall poor poor experience.The fact that accommodation is in the middle of a building site was not disclosed at the time of booking.This amounts to deception and cheating both by the owners and Expedia.
