This was our first stop on our trip in Croatia. 

It was better than expected for the price.  
We booked a room and received a mini apartment. Which had a living room, bathroom, kitchen and good sized double room

All was clean 
Owner very polite and helpful. 

Great location.  Will return if in area again 

Great place to stop off

The apartment was very clean and spacious with all that you could need. Owner was very nice and helpful. Close to restaurants and a little grocery shop few metres away. Old town about 25 minute walk away.

Spacious, clean apartment at a good value

We spent two nights at Benic apartments. The aparment seems very new at the photos but the bathroom stills very old. They had washing machine but it was broken, the air conditioner was working all day and it wasn't possible to stop. Insufficient bed clothes. There is a small market 10m from the apartment but you need a car for get to Zadar center.

Basic apartment near to Zadar

The apartment was clean and the facilities were good. The location was good also; the apartments were about 20 minutes walk from the old town centre and and not far from the sea either. I would recommend this accommodation!

Good value, good location

Arriving at the address, we did not receive the 4-bed apartment as stated in the booking confirmation (did they overbook?). Instead, Mr. Benic took us to a large 6-bed apartment nearby. It was the home of another family. The host was friendly and spoke good English, which made for a positive stay. However, there was no air-conditioning nor Wifi (although it was clearly stated that all Benic apartments are equipped with airco and wifi). There was also an unpleasant smell in the kitchen and the bedrooms were crawling and flying with bugs. I hope that the host and Mr. Benic make improvements upon this review. The apartments are located perfectly, 200 meters from 'Mama Mia', the nr.1 tripadvisor restaurant, and 15 min walking to the public beach. Zadar old-town is 5-10 min by car.
