Tinel rooms are located in the heart of Zadar Old Town. Nina was extremely helpful and spent time giving you local information. The breakfast which was included in your stay was at the Tinel restaurant just a short walk away. The breakfast was beautiful and sitting outside just off a main square was beautiful. I would recommend and also return to this accommodation.

Great apartment but bring your own tea and coffee if you want an early morning drink.
Nice breakfast but be aware it’s a ten minute walk away from the Tinel room.The room had a double bed hob microwave fridge and dishes.

Great apartments centrally located. Extremely clean and tidy.

We were a family of 5 so we took all 3 rooms in the apartment, however, you can take individual rooms too, as per your requirement.

Very nicely furnished, its a great stay with a lovely location. The waterfront is a 2 minute walk and the sea organs about 5 minutes. 

Their breakfast service is in the centre of the old town, but its a pleasant enough walk through the town.

Great Location

We just had one night here enjoyingthe experience  of the old town in Zadar. This room was basic but clean and all you need for a one night stay.Very close  to market,resturants and sight  seeing.
The staff met us at their resturant and brought us to the apartment.We had all our meals at Tinels Resturant because the food was so yummy.
We came by car,so you have to park outside the wall and walk.Make sure you buy enough parking tickets to cover your length of stay.Travel light as many stairs up to apartment.

"Enjoyable experience in Zadar"

Great location,  close to everything in the town, though it wasn't the easiest to find late at night. Would recommend arranging with property owner to meet guests. Lovely clean apartment and nice breakfast the next day 

Great service, ideal location

Wasn't what I was expecting. In fairness, the room itself is what is shown on the pictures and was ok. It took a while to find it even with google maps help. It's hidden behind a "gate" and not well signposted, you have to walk up 2 (long) flights of stairs, it was a "cold" feeling, we had to call and wait 15min for someone to arrive and let us in. The bathroom was missing all it's railings & hooks (the markings were there so you can tell they were there at one time) so no where to hang a towel and no-where to put the towels (no shelves).  The light over the bed was broken. We told the owner (very nice Aussie women) about it in a text and in person, but she wasn't bothered about fixing it - couldn't be bothered to mention bathroom missing items.

Hmmm, it was ok

We booked three rooms at this property for one night.  After a 10 minute walk and 2 flights of stairs,  we found that the rooms were dingy and two of the rooms had broken air conditioning. They did find other accommodations which required another 10 minute walk with luggage. They also told us where to park and we ended up being towed!  It was stressful but they did help us retrieve the car and paid the charges.
On a positive  note, rooms are in a great location and breakfast is limited but decent.
