Apartments are 15 min from Split airport, 15 minutes walk to Trogir Old Town and 5 minutes walk to a beautiful and quiet beach. Spotless room with air-conditioning, bedroom with comfortable bed and the kitchen is well equipped, has all you need. The balcony with sun the whole day has a very nice sea view. This house is owned by a wonderful family, Marija and her son Ante are excellent hosts, the place feels like a home away from home.

We stayed here the night before our return flight from Split airport. We were met on arrival and shown to our room where we had a fabulous sea view from the balcony.

The room was spotlessly clean with A/C, Safe, TV, WiFi, and Fridge all included as standard.

All items appeared new and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great with a big shower and towels were provided. There was hand soap provided however you'll need to bring your own shower gel etc.

The villa is a 20 minute walk from the Old Town and a 5 minute drive to Split airport and our host kindly gave us a lift there after providing a nice breakfast earlier than advertised.

We stayed one night in a studio which was very spacious and clean. It had a balcony with a great view of the water as well. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and dropped us off at the Split airport in the morning, which is only a 5 minute drive away. It's about a 20 min walk to Old Town or 30ish to the ACI Trogir Marina, but would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a place closer to the airport. 

It had a nice view and can walk into old town in less than 30 mins!

The owners are very kind and friendly. 
It is located in a quiet area but you can get in the city center in 3 min by car.
The breakfast is simple but nice and they change it every day. 
The place is very clean.
Recommended specially if you are there with car.

Exceptionally friendly owner, took us from and to airport and gave great tips about restaurants etc. Sufficient enough breakfast, it varied daily and had freshly made toasts, muffins etc. Great view from the balcony and nice to have a fridge for drinks too. Wifi and air conditioning worked perfectly. 

Remember to take your own toiletries though. 

The safe deposit box in the room was easy to use. From walking distance (10min) to the Cokolada - caffe bar beach and additional ten to the old town of Trogir. Bus stop to Split/Trogir about 50m away. Great restaurant opposite to the villa and few minutes walk from a 24/7 gas station where you can buy drinks and snacks etc. 

The only minus for me personally were the huge pillows, not used to sleep with such giants :)

Good location: close to the Airport, close to Trogir, close to a little cozy beach with a café (bring shoes sharp stones).

Good breakfast, which they arranged for only me 1h earlier than they normally would.

Clean, spacious rooms with air-conditioning and a nice balcony.

Got a ride to the airport in the morning and to Trogir in the evening.

Was possible to check in early.

They made/added me to change my room with a double bed to a room with two single beds, which i wasn't too happy about. However, their reason was pretty good since they had a honeymoon couple in a room with 2 single beds.
