We are pleasantly surprised. From the outside, the hotel has been renovated  and really looks great. Inside, the rooms are a little older.
The hotel is in the center which is great.
The employees are young and polite and we got everything we asked for. The biggest surprise of all is the food which was also more than good. The chef himself came to the tables and gave recommendations. He arranged special menus for the children. The food was absolutely great. All recommendations!

Stayed for 3 night's during Hideout Festival 19.
Basic room fit out, with perfect amenities and air con.
Our room had a sea view, unfortunately never made it to the breakfast, but dining area is large and nice to be on the water

Great service

Good value for money!

It is a good hotel remain from the Socialist Republic of Croatia in the center of Novalja.

You feels yourself totally in the 90’s.

The service, the staff were absolutely good and friendly.
But they varying something with your room or reservation always, so you have to carefully check everything around your reservation and to specify with the hotel more times.

The room was okay, clean and if you get room with sea view, you will be an amazing view from the terrace.

The breakfast quality was pretty Balkan.
There was omelette with lots oil on it. 
There was poor quality salamis and cheeses.
And some fresh tomatoes with oregano or basil, yoghurt, horrible coffee and fresh juices.
Of course every day is the same.

But you can eat all of these on the totally next-to-the-sea terrace. Or drink a good coffee from the bar!

Good little Hotel for one or two days sleep in Novalja, but not too cheap.

Remain from the Socialist Croatia

Horrible breakfast, they don't even serve vegetables. Every day the cheapest of ham and cheese which is not even cooled down, orange and apple "juice" tastes the same, because it's only colored water. The bathroom is disgusting, haven't been renovated (the whole hotel neither) since the hotel was built (maybe in the 80's) and smells bad. 

The location of the hotel is good and the stuff is friendly, but everything else is poor value of money.

Poor value of money

They accuse people of ruining things. And get people to pay for it.
It’s not okay. The police it’s not to help. 
I have never see it before, and I’m so angry. It’s not fair. 
A toilet door disappeared from my room. I have not removed it. It was found in the hotel's locked workshop, but I had to pay. The police stood with the hotel

The hotel is extremely poor! It needs serious renovations and smells horrible. The breakfast is a disaster! The staff are very unorganized, our stay ended with a double booking for our room and we had to leave unexpectedly. Overall not worth the money! 
The only good thing about it is the location.
