We have just checked out of Ana’s apartments, we really enjoyed our stay. Ana and her husband were so welcoming and provided the must haves on arrival such as beers, homemade schnapps and on our last night we received a lovely bottle of wine to enjoy with our dinner. The apartment was small for 4 adults but homely and clean. We all really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is close to a pebble beach the walk down is a rocky downhill path and the walk back in the sun is a killer but it’s so worth it! 
The supermarket is also a short walk away with steps to help you down the steep hills. The main strip were the nightlife and restaurant is a short walk away. Taxi back from the main square costs 100kuna. 

We stayed in the first floor apartment which overlooked the sea. It had two very high quality king size beds and the kitchen was very well equipped. Ana, our host was so accommodating and lovely- our fridge was full on arrival and one day i forgot to pick up some shirts from the wash room and she returned them to me ironed and folded. The apartment is only 10 mimutes walking distance from the beach, 15 from town and there is a big supermarket for supplies 5 minutes away. Would definitely come back and stay again.

We had a really lovely stay here, couldn't fault anything! everything was very clean and well equipped! The hospitality was exceptionally great! Ana and Zlatko were extremely helpful, professional and friendly, they even picked us up and dropped us back to the port before and after our stay! Provides us with snacks and drinks and lovely company! They just couldn't do enough for us during our time here! We would definitely love to go back and couldn't recommend it enough. Loved staying here , Antonia and her family have such a Beautiful place . The location is perfect close to all shops and port . Very easy to organise and super helpful . I will definitely stay there again . Very accomodating. Thank you I had a great experience . 

In Have town alone there are at least 4 Apartments Ana and I think the reviews are getting mixed up.  These apartments in Ive Roica have always had the same photos & they are not as close to town as the others but the price reflects that.  In my opinion they are ideally located a rocky beach, a couple of supermarket & retaurants about 5 minutes away and a10 minute stroll along the coastal path takes you to the main harbour (but also just that far enough away to not be bothered with noise from the numerous bars when sleeping).  Go the other way and walk along the coast and find secluded bays and breathtaking views. The apartments are very clean and have all the basics you need, I can't fault them we will definately be back. Ana's husband will pick you up when you arrive, it would be hard to find for the first time, the tourist info is on the quayside & they will ring for you.  He does however greet each new arrival with a couple of glasses of home made Grappa so if its say its a busy Sat it maybe a 
wise choice to get a taxi if your arriving late lol.

Enjoyed the balcony view. Near to the market. Friendly owner. Only stayed one night. Would have like to stay longer . Kitchen well equipped and bedroom is spacious. This is one of the best place for our Balkan visit.
