Well, I have mixed feelings about this place. First I'll start by saying that it has a great location, just one block away from the beach and right in the heart of the shopping area (Do know that if you stay here, there is a little shop that will send you basic things such as cleaning items, food and water for a better price). But here is when it all begins to get ruined. Upon arrival, there was nobody to greet us, we had to call to a cellphone number pasted on the door for someone to come and let us in. We booked a double bedroom but ended up staying in a quadruple room due to a/c problems. They promised it was going to be one day, two tops, but it ended up being half of our seven-day stay. Was not able to unpack, expecting them to switch us at any moment, when assigned the room we booked, didn't bother, it was too late. What made me a bit angry was to notice that they worked faster when realizing the room that we were staying in was going to be needed the next day.  They give you keys to the entrance room and the door to your room, because normally there isn't people on the front desk. Kind of a bummer if you need help with something, but easy fixable considering people booking tours around the island are on the way to the beach. The mattresses are a bit hard, but you come home so tired that it doesn't matter that much. Rooms are a bit noisy because they are located in a main street, so those are not recommended for people with light dreams.

Overall, I had an ok experience over there, the facilities are good if you pretend to be outside all the tie (if you are not planning to do so, shame on you :P ), but there are a few things they could do to improve, like having someone on the front desk, at least in office hours and why not, offering free coffee, that would be great.

Good, depending on what you're looking for

The location of this apartment style hotel is excellent.  Only 1 block from the nice beach on the north end of the island.  That is what you are paying 100 USD for.  And the staff are very nice.  Beyond that, I would not stay here again.  Notes below.

1. We stayed in room 206, which is the room with 1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds you see in the pictures.  The entire side of the room is single pane glass over a busy street.  This means it gets very hot from the sun and is extremely noisy.
2.  The AC did work, but is undersized.  The room was still warm all the time.
3. The bathroom drainage didn't work correctly and there was some backflow from the floor drain.  Icky.
4.  There is no hot water.
5. There is no shower head, just an open pipe.
6. You need 2 keys.  One for the outside door and one for the room.  A pain if you have  multiple people.  You have to unlock to get in and relock with the key every time you come in and go out.  Not convenient.
7.  No breakfast and no restaurants that serve breakfast in the area.  Just a shop or 2 that sell convenience items and snacks.
8. When you arrive you will have to call one of the numbers on the outer door since you can't get in without a key. If you will check in after 6 p.m. (when the staff leave) be sure to arrange it ahead of time or you will be locked out!

The good things:
1. Easy access to the beach and beach restaurants.  5-10 min walk up the beach (easterly direction) is the center where you find many restaurants, the dance clubs and lots of shopping.
2. There is a nice movie theater on the street (8th floor of a building) that is low priced.
3. You can rent a scooter or golf cart right up the street.  Convenient if you want to circle the island or visit more remote areas of San Andres.
4. The WiFi worked fine in the room.

Would not stay here again.  There are better options in the area.

Location is Good.  That's All.

It is expensive, it is dirty, it is hot, it is noisy, rooms are very small, there but is no reception as such. Only plus are good plumbing and location near main beach. No breakfast is included. To give an example of how bad this place is, before going to Providencia I paid the same amount of money for my room in a nearby hotel but got three daily means included. Avoid this place if you can. A rip off.
