Had a pleasant 2 night stay in July 2020. 1st night we had a standard room, 2nd night we stayed in the suite, which is 2 stories. Buffet breakfast was fine, busy due to holiday season in China. Handy location for some tourist locations, kids loved the amusement park which is 10 minutes drive away. The hotel is in nice grounds which I enjoyed walking around. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool, open to 10pm. Staff were pleasant, we communicated in Chinese so not sure of their English ability. Didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, as we drove to some local restaurants in Keqiao. Plan to go back in future, perfect for a weekend break. Roughly 1 hour drive from Hangzhou airport.

A relaxing break

We chiose this hotel be cause is walking distante from the circuit. The place is huge, rooms are very comfortable and generally speaking, we had a nice stay over the working weekend. Chinese restaurant upsairs is also a good try. 


Spacious and very comfortable 

None of the items on the menu are actually available , but they won’t tell you  that till may be 40 minutes later, each time you have to wait approximate40 min to find out . I had to wait 3 times the same visit Smh. It’s like you are dealing with robots. Now hotel overall is one of the nicest in the area ( cleanliness, spaciousness ) Front desk staff acts very childish/unprofessional but do seem to try to help you. There is a real nice gym across the street from the hotel  similar to LA fitness/ 24 hour fitness in America, which you can use while staying there. Historical area that is a must see while visiting keqiao is basically in their back yard. So you feel like you are staying at the resort while only few minutes from a busy and dirty  fabric market area. 

DO NOT EAT HERE! Just live here!

It's a 5 star hotels if the definition of luxury resort is by size only. It's big, right next to a tourist place but that's it. The quality of dinner buffet is very bad, nothing is fresh and bad attitude, did i say they served better quality of breakfast because of there are important government officials presented in the morning? We went for a business there and there is nothing else you can do there. Even the gym is not in the main hotel building, it takes around 15 mins walk which could be annoying due to cold winter and air pollution. Staffs are friendly but not professional, don't know what they can do if there is no employee guideline for them. Not recommended for anything unless you have no choices.

Overrated

Everything about this hotel is defined with one big "but"... 
Hotel is rated 5 stars. But it is Chinese style, traditional 5 star hotel. 
The rooms are spacious and clean, but the overall ambient is far from modern or new.
Breakfast seems to have large choice, both of Chinese and western food, but then again, it sums up to three things. 
It has WiFi, but actually it does not - and this is why I mostly gave rating 3.
I am not disappointed, really I am not, but in reality, if the road leads me again to same place, I would never pick this hotel again.
