My husband and I were there from June 21st until July 3rd, it was a great experience there. Before we went, I made three different reservation due to unsure itienary. The first night was booked the last, so when we got there been told the hotel was pretty full, and they would help us to swtich to the higher level for the coming days. And the employee at front desk Mr. William Wang that night left a note for us, we got upgraded the following dates. His service was impressive, the second time he met us still can call us by our last name. The lake view from our room was stunning, and the room was quite spacious. The cleaness of the room during the whole 10days stay was super satisfied. And the house keeper is caring and loving. There was only one thing not really pleasant was the smell outside of the lobby, we understood it might not can be controlled by the hotel, but it ruin a bit of the hotel image. All in all we love this hotel with it convenient location and high standard service.
