We have stayed in Revelstoke several times, usually downtown with all the train noise. It seems you cannot escape train noise in BC. This place is a little bit out of town so we tried it.

What a great choice!!
Kristina cannot do enough for you. We needed to freeze our ice packs. No problem, there is a freezer in the kitchen if you need more room there is a freezer in the basement.
We wanted to ride the mountain coaster at the ski hill. She drew a map for us to get there all the time holding her baby.

Our room wasn't huge but there was room for us and all of our luggage including 2 coolers. It was clean and the bathroom was very functional and clean with a supply of soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Breakfast was, in a word, outstanding. We started with yogurt, granola, banana and blueberries followed by bacon and eggs. A great way to start the day.

This is what I love about B&B's. At the breakfast table were 2 ladies from Australia, a couple from Hong Kong and a couple from Washington state. We had a great conversation and probably spent too much time at the table but it was so much fun.

Would I stay here again? Yes!!!
Would I recommend it to friends? Already have

Very Nice Owners, Comfortable Room, Fantastic Breakfast

I booked here on a whim the night before as we were in a hotel in Vernon and it wasn't going well. So, I thought, hmmmm maybe a B & B would be a better fit for mom and I. 

I just looked at a couple of pictures, the rate was reasonable and it included breakfast. So, I booked it.    We arrived at 3:00 and our room wasn't quite ready but the back yard held chairs, and ambience galore.  Baby goats, baby turkeys, chickens, two little dogs. We went and had a sit down for a few minutes, petted Stanley (the goat who really thinks he is a dog) and within a few minutes we went to our room. 

Each room has it's own bathroom, is fairly spacious, very very clean and lovely colours. Beds are extremely comfortable.

Christina and Riley have had the business about six months and they are simply lovely. The rest of the house is clean, spacious. Books to be read, no TV, good wifi, FABULOUS breakfast - eggs from out back!  We had fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and a savoury crepe (asparagus, onion, mushroom and a feta cheese I believe).  Perked coffee, orange juice!  She prepared it for us for 8 a.m. as requested which was a bonus.

Only negative was the neighbours were loud off and on until about 12:30; which of course, no one can really control.  Christina mentioned they are doing up additional 4 rooms downstairs as well so I think if I stay again (which I likely will) I may request a different area of the house to try.

On the outskirts of town, very short drive into town.  40 minutes to the Shelter Bay ferry.   I recommend this for couples, families or solo!

Surprisingly Lovely and New Owners

My daughter and I stayed here for 1 night. It was a great find. Our room wasn’t quite ready so Christina the owner said we could go pet the new baby goats. Bonus! Adorable little creatures. Had a great sleep and was greeted the next morning with a hearty breakfast and kickass coffee. 100% recommend 

Great Homestead 

The relatively new owners of this B&B have hit the ground running. They are super friendly and helpful with recommendations, directions and fun conversation. The breakfast was incredible with eggs fresh from their own coop and if you're looking for dinner the owners also have a great little Mexican in town called the Taco Club. Filling and full of flavour with Margaritas to die for! Cannot recommend this B&B enough!

Had a spacious room at this B&B with a modern bathroom. Christina had a laid-back vibe & met some interesting travellers over breakfast. I should say a gourmet breakfast. First we had fried banana bread with yogurt & then a hard boiled egg with tomato & feta cheese.
