This hotel is pretty pricey in comparison to other hotels in Qubec. It is very clean and there is complimentary water if you ask. The location is nice and it is easy to get around. The only downside is that the hotel is in an area were there is a lot of homeless around, but they mostly don't do anything. It is quite noisy at night since it is near a lot of bars. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is well maintained. The staff were very well mannered and polite. Laurent was very helpful and accommodated our needs. The elevators were a challenge, waiting 20 minutes to take an elevator down to the lobby. the area around the hotel is full of homeless people, therefore walking at night is not recommended.

Comfortable, convenient, not crowded, convenient location, nice dining

The first time we walked out of the hotel when we arrived we were attacked by a homeless person, screaming, and swinging a shirt at us as we walk down the block and he followed us until we went into a storeThe hallways were dirty appeared as though they hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time The people working at the hotel were very friendly and when I refrigerator broke, it was replaced within 30 minutes

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were easy to walk to, and Old Québec was only a 15-minute walk away.

The first impression as a tourist was terrible. I had a guest coming from outside of Canada and I was looking to show him the beauty of the Quebec city. Unfortunately, the first thing we saw was huge number of homeless people around the hotel. Inside the hotel was good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable . But, some of the staff are very unfriendly. It doesn’t worth the price I paid. I booked about 2 months in advance. I called and explained the importance of this vacation asking for 2 rooms in higher floor on the  same level. When we arrived we got the room on the third floor. I told the person at the front desk about my request.He said there is no note in the file and he has members higher than me who should be taken care of . He gave us 2 rooms in different floors . One had direct view to the street where lots of homeless people were lying down. I asked him to changed the room and  he didn’t like it. I don’t recommend this hotel at all if you go to visit the city. It is far from old port comparing to all other places available in old Quebec with lower price.  It was just waste of time and money. If you have to pay even more to get something closer to old port just go for it. If you stay in this hotel, there is no walking place around the hotel.  you need to pay for the parking and you have to drive to old town and start looking for parking and also pay again if you can find a parking spot. Very disappointed and not happy for a vacation I was planning for long time.

Good: From the airport, you can take the bus until the end station. From the bus station, in 5 mintues you are at the hotel.Bad: Nothing :)

The staff is super nice, the room is clean and you can walk to the old city of Quebec in 15 minutes.
