Pari's Motel

The management is very polite and helpful, We stay there Everytime we go to Ottawa, The beds are comfortable,  very quite area, well lite parking lot,  Tim hortons, near by and a variety of restraunts,  And close to shopping centers and down town.

We have stayed here many times over the past 5 years before moving here for both business and pleasure.  The staff is always very good.  The hotel could use some upgrading and such but all and all a very good place to stay

We found this place at the last minute when we were in town for a wedding and the original hotel overbooked. Reasonably priced, free wifi, great and understanding staff. The doors could use a loving touch with a paintbrush,  but it was clean and everything worked as advertised. 

Will go back next time in town.

The price was good, and it's  about ten minutes from downtown Ottawa by car. The place could be maintained and cleaned a little better, but it was acceptable overall. It's near a busy highway, but wasn't too noisy.

Price was Good, but Could be Kept up a Little Better

We stayed here over the Christmas break because of location.
About the only positive things I can say are the people at the front desk were friendly, the towels were clean and the bedding was clean. Otherwise forget it.
The wallpaper is peeling. The paint job is ancient. The baseboards are filthy. Mould, and stains could be seen on the walls.
We would not stay here again unless extensive interior renovations are done and daily service is provided.
