At The Beach Bed and Breakfast

This is a beautiful modern clean bed and breakfast.  Hayley is charming, helpful and gracious even when we messed her about with our bookings.  There are three rooms one of which is en suite and the other two share a bathroom.   Breakfast is served at a set time and is varied with lots of lovely freshly ground coffee.  The beds are comfortable and the rooms spotless.  I hope to stay there again.  Hayley does not have children stay and it is a no smoking zone - including outside so smokers and those with young children will be disappointed.

Excellent location, really close to down town and away from the noise. Very nice rooms, immaculately cleaned. Wonderful cooked breakfast served by bubbly friendly host :) Great way to start the day conversing with other guests and Hayley over breakfast. When we return to Kelowna we won't be looking for accommodation anywhere other than At the Beach B n B !!

Booked a room in order to be close to triathlon race location downtown. Hayley and Elaine were very friendly hosts. I was allowed to use their garage to park  my vehicle and store two bikes. Breakfasts were good - lots of fresh fruit available. A plus for us was that they only accept adult guests (24+) so no worries about children disrupting sleep.

There was some concern about how well the AC would work given the extremely high outside temperature during our stay, but we were quite comfortable. 

Didn't realize it at the time of booking, but there is a beach access within a couple of blocks so that was also very convenient.

We had a great time over three nights at At The Beach Bed and Breakfast. Nice rooms, great location just by the beach/edge of downtown Kelowna. Hayley (owner) made amazing breakfast every morning, which also served as a good reason for getting up "early" (9 am) and getting the most out of the day. She also gave us a lot of good tips on what to do while in Kelowna, and was all around a very hospitable and friendly host. Also got to know the other guests over breakfast, and over a glass a wine at the porch in the evening. If you'd like to keep to yourself during a stay, probably not the ideal place (due to the communal breakfast and invitations to share a glass of wine with Hayley and the other guests in the evening), but she isn't pushy either, so it worked out great for us.

This BnB is very, very close to the beach and is the main reason why I chose it. Super convenient to the main park and downtown, easy walk under the bridge. The home is well kept and clean. My bedroom was comfortable and basic with good air conditioning (it is so hot in Kelowna during summer that you need to use it). Hayley the owner/manager was friendly enough and gave information about the area upon request. The breakfast in the morning had brief timing (8:00am-9:30am approximately) which was not the greatest for me but it was tasty and plentiful. There were a couple of other Guests there and I barely noticed them except for during breakfast. The check out time of 10:00 am is too early; check in is at 4:00 pm and request for earlier check in denied. This is the reason I wouldn't rate it higher. Thank you.
