We have stayed here a long time  it’s a quaint. Little park  nice and clean and quiet with the exception of being to close to the train  the managers are awesome people  very friendly and helpful  it’s a beautiful park

I stay in lots of RV parks and this one is worth writing a review. The park in very well kept, quiet and clean. Paul the park manager goes over and above to make sure you have a great stay. He looks after the grounds very well and even more so the people staying in it and there possessions. I will definitely be returning anytime I’m in the area. I highly recommend this park!

Stayed once last year and was greeted with very rude lady management. Thought I would try again this year and the new management were a breath of fresh air, they were very friendly and helpful.They went above and beyond my expectations. Bathrooms were spotless and the park was well kept. I will definitely be returning and will reccomend to family and friends.

Beautiful lots and amazing staff. After an unpleasant trip we rolled in at 11pm and the staff still came out to help us get backed into our lot. Was greatly appreciated! Location was a little noisy but for the purpose of our stay that was fine, very affordable compared to other options in the area. 

We used to spend allot of time up here when our friends managed the park. This trip really impressed us. They seam to want to do allot to the park with new owners. The park is still wounderful with great workers on site. Love it up here being backed into the trout pond. Beautiful view campfires. Cant get any better. Great park. Thank yo Monty and staff

43 foot Monaco Dynasty

We spent a couple nights here and I found it to be very nice. Great lots for a large RV...our 37 ft 5th wheel had lots of room in site 28. The washrooms and showers are clean and free... nice touch. There are fire pits in the sites. The owner is a very friendly lady and was very accommodating. 
I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Amazing Staff

Long weekend 

Good place for an RV

Working in the town of Edson, this park was an easy, close, place to commute to/from.
We stayed 45 days in this park and booked into and paid for a 50 amp site, which was never more than a 30 amp! we let the manager know on day one and he assured us he would fix the leg or compensate our rate. Neither of those things were done.

Maintenance in the park is slower than an old turtle, grass is encroaching on ALL gravel pad sites, pickle tables are 50/50 - you might get a new one or an old flakey one.
Showers are ok. They are dark and basic but water is ample and hot.
Our RV water filter was dark brown when we unhooked and we always put a new one on for every park we go to for this very reason of monitoring.
hwy noise and industrial loading area nearby make for noisy nights and workers vehicles make for early morning departure noise.

 Mosquitos are huge and swarming making evenings uncomfortable to be outside.

Great Location but sad facility

Disrespectful and unprofessional management/owner. WiFi only works for half the grounds. Asked a couple times over the course of a week if the problem with the WiFi could get looked at and ended up getting sworn at over the phone and then hung up on.
Now instead of waiting 2 extra days at the end of the month, for me to be back in town to move my camper, he threatens me with $200 charge per day plus seizing my camper and putting an innkeeper's lein on it if I don't get back to town immediately to move it. Then he gets one of his workers to come slam on my door, waking up the guy on night shift and proceeded to swear and yell at him from outside my door telling him he's got to leave right now! Who does that!? I'm beyond blown away with how terrible we were treated and how the owner, Monty handled this situation. He didn't even try to de-escalate or come to an agreement at all, just instantly started threatening legal action. All because I bugged him about WiFi. Be cautious with this place if you decide to stay here!

Worst experience I've ever had at a campground. The owner is a terrible human being. be cautious if you decide to stay

We went there last June 2020 and stayed till now May 2021. Living in our trailer for work.  Was supposed to be there for another 3-5 years.  Had to leave and went to a different year round campgrounds 
 The owner is very rude.  The managers are so nosy.  Constantly coming to the site looking around.  Gossiping about the other people staying there.  Stands at the end of our lot, with her arms crossed at 10:45 tapping her watch for 11:00 curfew    This happened a lot.  The water is terrible, wifi is really bad.  Just not a pleasant place to stay.  The place has new managers this year, I wish them luck.

Disappointed

Stayed here in 2018 was god nice guy running it then now this year not happy had own firewood but guy says have to buy there’s no worries moved along to next campsite BS on the Lions behalf won’t be back
