A great place to stay with family or a small group of friends. As it states, three rooms great to accommodate 6 adults. You can even jam in the kiddies in, they make arrangement for that in request. 
Breakfast was great and they even did requests off of the set menu for us... Knowledge of the local food helps with this request. 
The in house manager did everything he could to ensure our comfort, happiness and satisfaction.
The rest of the staff were great and efficient at all the tasks making sure to not disturb the guests. 

This place should be less of a secret!

We booked this through airbnb.  It is a small 3 bedroom boutique hotel with a pool, lounge common area, and kitchen with no guest access. We loved the villa, Suran and his crew were always accommodating and available.  They make scheduling your days at Angkor Wat so easy and enjoyable.  The restaurant next door was possibly one of the best we went to in Cambodia.

Great place, great service.

This unit has been setup as a hotel, so there will always be a staff around to see to your needs
(be it breakfast requirements / transport / tours / massage / beauty treatment).

General outlook:
This hotel setup has 3 bedrooms.
1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
Rooms are extremely clean with the interior designed with Cambodian furniture and figurines.
The hotel rooms have unique nice looking water taps with Elephant spouts dispensing water.
On a daily basis, the hotel staff will tidy your room, and will also provide you with additional towels should you plan to take a dip in the pool / soak in the sun by the pool.

The rooms are spacious and have ample space for an additional bed should you need that requirement.

Location:
The hotel is about 15minutes away from the Market Area, and conveniently located for Tour companies to pick you up for temple visits.

Around the vicinity there is a Cambodian restaurant - Mahob Khmer - that provides local cambodian food, and the hotel staff all strongly recommend trying it out.

Slightly further out there is an Italian restaurant - L'Oasi Italiana - that provides excellent (soft and crunchy) pizzas and risottos that will convert even those who do not really eat risottos.

Breakfast:
This hotel provides breakfast which is included in the price you pay.
The menu every morning is fixed, and you will get the exact same thing every morning.
My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and every morning you will get the same thing.
We also spoke to the hotel staff to request to change the items but were not permitted.
The hotel staff shared with us an example where they had guests who stayed at this hotel for a long as 2 weeks, and that they were served the exact same thing everyday.
You however can highlight dietary restrictions prior to arriving and they will most certainly accommodate.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. Every morning the hotel will arrange for a chef to come by to prepare the food for your breakfast.

Transport from the hotel to the Night Market / City Centre:
The hotel has an arrangement with several tuk-tuk drivers, and will call the tuk-tuk drivers to pick you up from the hotel and send you to the market.
This service comes at a premium price, however you benefit immensely from the convenience, as the walk from the hotel to the main road is dark at night, and the road path is uneven.
Should you decide to make your way to the main road to get a tuk-tuk, you may be able to get them for about 50% to 75% of the price (depending on your bargaining skills).

Massage / Beauty treatment provided at the hotel:
This hotel has an arrangement with a Beauty Parlour company, and will be able to get the masseur(s) and Medicure/Pedicure professionals to your room, at your convenience 1 hour from the time of your booking. My family tried out almost all of the services here and this is our review of them:

Full body / Oil / Foot / Back & Shoulder / Traditional Khmer massage: Masseur(s) are good and will most certainly give you a good rubdown  after a long day at the temples.
The prices quoted are higher than what you can get at the Market, however you benefit from the convenience.

Pedicure: This deserves special mention.
The price you pay will be for 30mins - 60mins on paper.
-The pedicurist will not soak your feet to soften your cuticles
-Will not scrub your feet to remove any unwanted skin
-Will not apply base nail polish coat.
Given that the above few are not performed, the pedicure will take 20mins or less, and you would have paid much more than the price of a 1hr Khmer massage.

For this we would recommend getting it at the market as you will get the full pedicure service (Soak, scrub, cream, cut, paint, etc) that will last you between 30mins - 60mins, for about 50% of the price. (depending on your bargaining skills).

Tour services provided at the hotel:
This hotel also has an arrangement with tour service companies and will be able to help arrange for you trips to the temples with transport, guides and meals provided.
My family and I did not try out the tour service provided by this hotel, so we are unable to provide commentary / highlights on this.
Given our pedicure experience with the hotel, we would recommend that you perform your own due diligence prior to agreeing to any package, to ensure that you will be getting what is written on paper provided by the hotel.

Hotel Staff service and etiquette:
The hotel staff are extremely helpful and will do their best to ensure that you will have the things you need for your stay.

The hotel staff will try whenever to help you with your issues should you encounter any.
As an example, during the 1 day of our arrival, my family and I needed to get to a specific restaurant located within the vicinity of the market. As it was our 1st day, there was a high chance along the way we may get "lost". So the hotel staff lent us a mobile phone to take along during our trip to the restaurant in the event we need to call for help.

There was also one instance where I needed to head to a nearby eatery that was a 7min walk away from the hotel. The hotel staff helped to find out the exact location of the eatery by calling the eatery directly to get specific directions, and offered to drop me off at the eatery.

Where the added services the hotel provides is concerned - The hotel staff will also be able to help to book and arrange transport / tours / massage / beauty treatment with their partners. 
However the hotel staff have no control over the price and the quality of service of their partners. 
So refunds are off the table should you not be satisfied with the service provided by their partners.
