Stayed almost a month at this guesthouse while doing a volunteer assignment at AHC which is a short walk away. Chariya is very helpful in arranging temple visits, laundry etc.  The other staff while very friendly cannot speak English as well. I eventually opted out of the breakfast since it took a long time to arrange.  With the easily available hot water, coffee packets and purchased muesli, I did fine. It also reduced my room rate. They were helpful in holding onto my luggage while I went to Phnom Penh and for a 5 day trip to Vietnam.  Some of the rooms don't have windows but they are very quiet. This is not a luxury guesthouse just clean lodging close to many things with the crowds of close by night market & Pub Street.

Close to Angkor Hospital for Children

The ubication is perfect, the rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was great and very complete.
They offer laundry service too.
Chariya and the rest of the staff were very nice, helping us in all what we need since we booked the room one month before.
If you visit Siem Reap, do not hesitate to stay here!

100% excelent!!! 

We had wonderful 4 nights in I lodge. Though we didn't spent too much time inside as we were exploring The Angkor. Best parts of the stay was the location of hotel and the magnificent staff of the hotel and particularly An Chakriya who was wonderful. She made as feel as we were at home and arranged the Angkor tour tickets and bus tickets to Phnom Penh. This girl is truly a gem in her line of work. The hotel's location is excellent, only 5 minutes walk away from all the commotion in the Pub Street. It's not a 5 star hotel and the facilities are ofcourse not like 5 stars hotel, but the price is as of a very good value.

Would stay here again!

We stayed in Seam Reap for 4 nights. We were looking for a simple budget room. In that regard I can really recommend I lodge. The price was very good. The rooms are small but clean, the location is good, the AC works,...
The staff was very friendly!
The only thing you need to know is that some rooms are adjacent to a high school, so during school hours it can get very noisy. On the other hand, at night it's very quiet. :)

Good hotel, great service

We stayed for four nights in a clean, airconditioned room. The hotel is located really well, not far from the river side and at a walking distance from the lively central market and the night market. We felt very welcome, the people at the reception were always  friendly, correct and helpful.
