This is a  nice hotel in Yambol. It is very well located and you can easily walk around the center from there. The rooms were well appointed with nice beds, refrigerator, AC, a small balcony and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The room carpets were a little tired, a hard floor would look cleaner and more modern. The staff was pleasant and helpful and spoke English well, the breakfast was pretty good and I had some food at the restaurant and it was good and not expensive. I would stay there again with no hesitation. 

Decent hotel 

The cafe area with its covert CCTV, that only watches guests and couldn’t view a theft from a table. Although, only the staff member was the only person present during my absence. Who could have nicked my property? 

Perhaps the CCTV, hidden above the false ceiling is only capable spying through the vents and had a moment of blindness, or its only purpose watch guests tap in personal data while on computer? Whatever, a police officer confirmed are functional covert cctv cameras in Cafe Kabile. 

Doesn’t data protection laws make covert cctv illegal when without signage to warn and are these cameras installed in the Hotel rooms? 

And be wary of reception, an older woman will want to pocket some extra cash. Your previous agreed room discount upon checkout vanishes, unless pay by card. However, before that stand and be amazed at the staffer, who then justify the attempt theft from your pocket. 

Apart from a few rogue staff members the rooms are reasonable, condition of the building good, and the TV, isn’t family friendly with certain channels you most certainly won’t want your children to find.

Staff come and go. Here is to two that should go.

For sure the best hotel in town. The staff is very polite and helpfull,  price/ quality rate is perfect. They have a nice scale of available sized rooms. If there are any issues the staff will do anything they can to fix it for you and are really open for feedback about your stay. The breakfast is from standard quality. 
I stayed there a couple of times for business and pleasure and will be back there for sure!

Best hotel in town

Really enjoyed this hotel- stayed 5 nights in Feb 2017.
Located in centre of Yambol. Surrounded by many restaurants and cafes and shops.
Great large reception and bar seating areas. Two lifts.
We were on 4th floor - in one bedroom apartment. Had great wifi and 2 nice TVs in lounge and bedroom. 
Lovely comfortable bed. Ensuite bathroom, plus additional toilet and sink in lounge area.
Possibly a little old fashioned in style in our room- plus condition of bathroom tap was bad and front of bath was sticking out. Towel rail also leaked continually in bath room.
Fridge and mini bar was provided.
Plus kettle was given to us on request.
Restaurant is available but never used it. 


Great hotel

Been in hotel for 3 weeks. Everything ok accept quality of bed. Breakfast open buffet rich and very good in quality. English speaking reception and buffet personnel. Poor parking space, s.o. scratched my car, camera system didn't record. Discount in price for staying longer than a week.   Very central place. Free Wifi and TV.

Not bad

We stayed here for 3 days for a family wedding, having already spent 2 weeks on the coast.    It seemed old fashioned after that, with a door which had to be locked with a key (at least you can't accidentally lock yourself out) and a safety deposit box in reception.  However, the staff were always friendly and helpful.  

We had an apartment - one room had 2 sofas, fridge, wardrobe, large TV in a wall unit with shelves, and a table. There was also a cublcle with a toilet and washbasin.  The bedroom was very small, but with a comfortable bed, dressing table and further TV, and an en-suite bathroom (including another WC and washbasin).  The bath was free-standing - about 6 inches away from the wall, but the taps and shower were fixed to the wall without making allowance for this, which made having a shower without flooding the bathroom difficult!

There were only 2 hangers in the wardrobe which would have been insufficient even if we only had 3 days' worth of luggage.  The curtains were very thick and heavy, and should have kept out the early morning light, except that they weren't quite big enough to cover the window!

However, overall it is was clean and comfortable and we had a pleasant stay here.
