I've been here for 4 days now. I just love my apartment overlooking the river and the sea - this spears you the view of the beach umbrellas and the caffe's but gives you a glimpse of wildlife. Also the price is better but from by balcony I can work looking at the sea, the cliffs and listening to the frogs and birds. 

The apartment itself is new and clean. It has an amazing bedroom - make sure you bring a date, a great bathroom and a nice new kitchen. a nice place to relax or have an office by the sea for a week as in my case.

I stayed there last month and was amazed. The hotel is situated in a beautiful bay with a cozy beach, that is not too big to be crowded. The back of the hotel has a forest with a swimming pool that is always quiet and shady and you can hang out there until late pm. The seaview rooms on the first floor literally step out on the beach and at the same time the view is unbelievable. Tip- ask them to show you the rooftop terrace- the best place in the hotel indeed. great for people with children. my little one loved the kids room which is next to the bar...:) cant wait to go back there.

What a pleasant place

The hotel has good location - the new part of Tsarevo and literally on the beach. All rooms are very spacious, new furniture, good support. If you are a family with children it's certainly ideal for your vacation. If you are a couple seeking a peaceful holiday can also be your place, but definitely off season. Otherwise you should wake up at 7 a.m. by screaming babies in neighboring apartments. Of course, this is not the fault of the hotel. We did not decided correct the dates of our holiday. The rooms with sea view are great and the view is amazing, but around 9 a.m. is too noisy from all the sunbathers who literally huddle under the window. 
Ideal to stay at this hotel is a different month from July or August or ask for a room overlooking the garden and pool. Actually pool proved our oasis of tranquility. Almost all day no people and you can enjoy your vacation. Umbrellas and lounges are free of charge, water is clean and at pleasant temperature.
But let's get back to the hotel. As I said the rooms are quite spacious. Are cleaned daily and the mini bar is loaded with sweets again daily. The staff is very kind and polite, make us a very nice impression. No internet in the rooms, but can be used free of charge at the club of the hotel. No restaurant, but around at the beach there are several good options for eating fresh and tasty. Also the center of Tsarevo is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk and there are so many restaurants, pubs and tavernas.
Since we were only two could not take advantage of the panoramic terrace, but it looked really good and very suitable for a private party or barbecue under the stars. The bathrooms have a basic cosmetics - soaps and shampoo. Hot water from a boiler. No hairdryer, but on request give a reception. There is a large parking free for guests.
Overall Rocamar Resort is a nice place. Not exciting but nice.

Good solution for families. But not for couples searching tranquility.

First I would like to make the note that it is rather an apartment-house, not a hotel, hence you cannot expect many additional services besides the accomodation. 
I personally would never choose a property with no option for (at least basic) services, but I found myself in this "rather upscale hotel" (as it was presented to me by the hotel manager) due to mistake in my reservation for "Regina Beach Apartments". Obviously, the same company operates both properties and my transfer was presented to me as a compliment (to compensate my inconvenience, caused by their mistake), since I was booked a studio with pool-view, but was transferred to one-bedrrom apartment with partial sea view. 

I will start with the positive points:
 - relatively spacious rooms and bathrooms;
 - nice sea / river view with no other buildings in the vicinity;
 - nice and polite staff, especially the hotel manager, who really seemed to care about our comfort.

Now the disadvantages (unfortunately the list is much longer):
 - Extremely noisy place! It was full of families with small children and (obviously) there was no soundproofing at all. I woke up every morning at 7 by screaming/crying children and banging doors. This experience completely spoiled my entire vacation (I felt even more tired at the end of my stay than before);
 - Lack of any services, even basic ones! Some of the described services in the booking sites aren't actually present - "breakfast in the room" (there is no even option for breakfast at all), "free parking" (I was told that the free-of-charge parking spaces are already occupied), "outdoor pool" (actually the pool is in the yard of the neighbouring hotel and no one will stop you if you use it, but I don't think it should be promoted as a hotel facility). 
There is no gym, nor restaurant/bar/breakfast room; for me these are essential facilities, especially for a resort hotel.
No 24/7 reception service. The reception itself t is located in a regular room at the ground floor and it works from 9am to 5pm (while most of the guests are out in this interval).
No POS-device at the reception (in year 2016!).
 - Poor cleanliness. Stains on the furniture and the curtains (see the attached photos). Mould in the bathroom. No everyday cleaning; in fact, the room was visited by a housemaid every day, but  the result was visible only in one of the days. I had to ask for new towels and sheets on the 3rd day of my stay, otherwise I would probably never get them;
 - Cheaply furnished; almost every piece of furniture feels like it is about to fall apart (see the attached photos). 
 - Many other (but rather livable) flaws, as a result of the cheaply built/equipped building, e.g: the external A/C unit is located on the floor level of the room-terrace and blows hot air directly to you when you sit outside; the ride with the elevator is so bumpy that you can experience vestibular discomfort (seriously!); lack of water pressure in the bathroom at the evenings etc... 

Verdict: If you are family with children and look for apartment in direct proximity to the beach - this could be your place; If you look for a lazy and comfortable rest, than you should definitely keep looking...
