The hotel is near the beatch, lots of restorants there, many shops also supermarkets. The staff is realy kind and hopeful. My regardes to enyone who choses this hotel, because the rooms are so clean, you have all you need in them, and my sugestion is too take the room with luxury class because you have a garden for yourself, also in the room you have all you need, and as i said it is so clean and beatiful. Thanks a lot Ivan and Chris and i hope we see you some time next year.

Vacation at it's best

A really lovely, cozy and quiet hotel with a nice staff. The room, I stayed in, was very clean and spacious with a beautiful garden. The hotel is close to the beach and lots of nice restaurants and bars. Parking is available on site.

Definitely worth it.

So in few words this is the best place in sunny beach. Extremely clean place. The room are stunning, you get this feeling - like a home. We spend 10 day and you get attached to this place. People are nice and helpful, you can ask for everything skys the limit. And you can touch luxury and relax for really normal price for place located close to the beach. Small state of art in Sunny Beach. Tx guys cy next year!

10 day in full relax 

I was a guest last year and I was very happy with the service and the hotel. Now they have upgraded even more. Very strict and safe measures against COVID 19 and very luxurious rooms. I was in one of the rooms on the bottom floor with private garden. Will visit again for sure.

Upgraded experience

A place like no other. The impeccable interior makes you feel like you are in a dream. Very cosy and nice quiet place in the heart of Sunny Beach. The please is close to the beach and the best clubs as well. This is one of the best places to stay in Sunny Beach

The most beautiful and good moments spent in Sunny beach. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Personal attention and very  beautiful private garden to the room. Strictly recommend. Great service and great host. 

Unforgetable stay

Very friendly, kind and helpful staff. Great room and facilities, a perfect location, close to Cacao beach and the most popular day and night clubs in Sunny Beach! I definitely recommend this place!!!

Great place, great host!

The room is lovely and the bathroom very clean, with nice shower. On the acommodation side, the best, althoug, is the little garden, very weel designed, perfect to chill, drink a beer and just enjoy it.
The location is perfect, just across the street of the path that leads to the beach.
Around there's shops, supermarkets and caffés.
The bus stop that you can take to Nessebar is 200m away
But the best of this Hotel was our host, Ivan.
He really does everything to make sure the guests are happy, at any hour! When you need something, from a taxi to a restaurant reservation, you can count on him to help you.

Perfect!

The best service I ever got in an accommodation. Chris the owner took care of every need, made me feel welcome and that I can talk to him with any problem. 
The room is very stylish, comfortable and clean. 
The location is good, walking to the beach and many stores and restaurants around. 
There are buses and taxied to go touring, or a car rental 2 minutes walk from here. 
They also allow pets! And free airport pickup. 
Highly recommend!

I spend 3 great nights at the hotel. The apartments were cozy and spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. A wonderful space in the middle of sunny beach. If I am in sunny beach again will def stay there
