We booked this hotel for 5 nights and booked the top floor apartment.  The view across to Harmanite Beach was amazing and we had a large terrace.  The apartment was perfect.  Nice living room area, with a full size fridge and kettle supplied at our request.  The bedroom was large with a door out onto the terrace.  The bathroom was adequate and the shower was good with a curtain all around.  There is no lift so we had to carry the cases up 3 floors but we knew that before we went.  

The apartment was cleaned very well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.  We used the restaurant downstairs once.

A little gem

This is a basic but very clean hotel with good air condition it can be noisy at night as door doesn't seal very well but it's all about the view which is beyond doubt stunning!

5 steps from breakfast restaurant to beach and food lovely.

Only problems is lots stairs for cases as no lift and receptionist had little understanding of English a information sheet would be handy!

Easily accessible, shops, restaurants on the street, you can go from the hotel to the beach, 
Our room was  gorgeous, wirh sea view, clean, and big.

Nice

I took my wife for a weekend away. We got the studio room, and it was nicely decorated inside. Nothing fancy and all. What made this hotel pop out is the exceptional view from our room. The hotel is literally on the beach. It is a good distance from the old town but with a 10 min walk you there. A good hotel for the money and very beautiful view. Definitely would go again.

Great restaurant. Service was awesome. Right on the beach. Sea bass was exceptional. The staff speak English, Russian. Highly recommend this restaurant. I cannot give advice about the hotel as did not stay there. It looks clean and well kept.
